It was a great experience. I have been a victim of identity theft and until it happened to me I didn't quite understand how helpless one can feel when you are at the mercy of scammers using your social security number to apply for myriads of accounts in your name. Its frightening! But my team made it painless and it only required about 30 minutes of my time away from work. Thank you for making my day (James and Crystal)!

I was notified that there was an account waiting being opened in my name, I immediately look at the Alert, did not know the company, I immediately called identity guard commas spoke with a representative who advised me to call the company in question, there was no phone number on the alert, so I had to Google it, the # Google gave was not in service, I call back and was put in contact with Olivia, she was awesome, took me though the steps I need do as well as got a Representative on the phone from the company in question common she stayed on the phone with me while I spoke to the agent to the agent and help me resolve the issue. Then she gave me a plan of action so no further problems would acura. I am so glad I have identity Gard. Because of a stupid mistake I made, my identity is compromised and I feel much better know I have an awesome team looking out for my protection!

When one experiences incidents of fraud, most of us do not know what to do. Thankfully, I am a customer of Identity Guard and not only am I protected, I am taken care of. I had fraud issues with two credit cards. I contacted Identity Guard for advice. Under my monthly IG arrangement, IG indicated a “White Glove” expert would be contacting me regarding my concerns. White Glove expert Judith was outstanding. She patiently listened to my issue and then in an extremely organized process proceeded to explain the steps that I would need to protect myself from any further fraud. I was impressed with the professional delivery of these steps and even her willingness to go check with me whether any inquiries were made regarding my credit score. Again, she provided very useful steps to further protect me from additional fraud. Salute to Judith.

Identity Guard didn't provide any real value. I signed up for a year's subscription for $204.62. It auto renewed after a year for $341.11. I called as soon as I saw the charge to get it reversed, and they said tough luck. I finally found the auto-renewal notice they sent buried in their daily charges spam. The service is definitely not worth your time or money, especially when they make an obvious money grab with subscription renewals.

I had a few issues with this company all related to the simple matter of changing my name. Even though it's been over six months since I changed my name with the social security administration and with my driver's license, the system Identity Guard uses to tap to public records did not pick up my name. Option - email us your documents proving your new name via their unsecured email. I have done this with other banks and they all provide a secure link to transmit sensitive documents. Not Identity Guard! Contacted customer support 4 times - got 4 case numbers with the promise of a 24-48 response. No response. Called and waited 20 minutes - if I cancel I do not get my money back. As a customer I felt completely let down by the company that is supposed to be keeping my identity secure. Makes me wonder how they manage to keep my information secure when they don't have access to the most accurate records and they cannot provide secure links for sensitive information.

I cancelled my trial offer the day it was to be cancelled and i was to be charged the next day they charged me and when i called to get it removed they told me they do not refund charges. I was not to be chareged until the next day they charged me a day early and so it was their issue not mine. they are scams like every other fly by night company like them. Read the complaint you charged me a day prior to the end of the trial and two days before you said you would in ur welcome email. Your a scam company for trying to steal money then saying oh no refunds its in our terms. Its nkt in your terms that youll take my money two days before you should. SCAM COMPANY BEWARE.

On 8/16/2022 we were referred to a white-glove team member by the initial contact representative. He called us back within 2 hours, Jeff was extremely helpful, walking us through every step that we needed to take help investigate the high-risk monitoring alert. He performed a 'warm call' with the company where the alert originated. He stayed on the line with the fraud resolution rep as we explained our issue and added clarification questions to help us. The company committed to investigate and respond to us in 24-48 hours. Jeff also offered to be our personal rep with Identity Guard for the next 3 months as the issue is resolved.
As upsetting as an identity fraud attempt is, Jeff helped us feel confident we were in good hands and we will recommend your company to family and friends.
