I originally called to address a concern I had about the payment of my weekly wages. A very helpful member of staff checked my details and confirmed when my wages were due to be paid. My query had been resolved. A week later I received a follow up call, to see how I was doing, and check if I needed any further support. I did not expect a follow up, and thought it showed brilliant customer care. The follow up call makes me feel that ICS value their customers.

Having been a contractor through ICS, I would never use them again. They made a big enormous clerical error on their side when I got paid on a weekly basis that it took them 6 weeks to realise the mistake they made. It ended up me being in financial hardship than before after this as I had to start paying back the monies due to their clerical error.

At times they did not pay me weekly and had to chase up when the monies would go into my account. It not something you would need to endure as a contractor.

Amazing experience always keeping tabs to make sure everything is running smoothly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
