Their easy to talk to
Their easy to talk to, and explain everything, wages are paid promptly. I highly recommend. I have Used ICS for a long time and even recommended others to sign up.

Attentive people who prioritise good customer service
It’s the first time I’ve been payrolled through a separate business, but ICS have really helped.
They regularly call to check in and see if you have any questions. Clearly a good service is a high priority for them.

A proactive umbrella company
ICS is an amazing umbrella company. Their setup is seamless and the people are always responsive and proactive. I got a call after the first month just to check if everything is alright, that meant a lot. High quality service!
As a contractor if who want the best take home possible and the best responsive service of all umbrella companies, you should give ICS a go.

I have just signed up with ICS as a contractor and the process was easy and the projected rates were accurate. I get updated when my timesheet has been processed (usually on a Thursday) by email and text message update. As its only been two seeks I have given a slightly lower rating as it is very early in the process.
