Switched to ICS recently and provided…
Switched to ICS recently and provided my P45, yet my tax code was never updated—they continued applying the emergency code for three weeks consecutively. HMRC confirmed the correct tax code both online and in writing, but ICS claimed they hadn’t received it and failed to act nor have the decency to respond even after I sent proof. Extremely unresponsive and incompetent. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Quick set up
I joined recently and extremely pleased with the service. It was so quick to set up as I had days for needing to change payroll companies. I had a quick call back and meeting from making my initial enquiries. Set up was so straightforward electronically and I was registered within a couple of days. I also received a check in call about the service within a couple of weeks.
Payments have all been on time with no issues. Very approachable and quick with responses.
Would recommend.

Prompt payment was made, with all matters correct.
ICS also have a very good Ltd Co side, which I have used for 10 years.

So far an excellent service from ICS - the onboarding process is simple and they've already outperformed my previous Umbrella company in my overall net pay - the timesheet submission is straight forward and salary payments are prompt - so no complaints from this new customer !
