Overall great experience renting with IC Property. The staff are pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I’d like to give a special thanks to Declan and Murat for ensuring the sale went through.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this agency. The standard of professionalism and work is outstanding as is the care and attention they afford you. My experience with my house has, as expected, had its ups and downs but Murat, Sharon and Declan have been great. I would not hesitate to recommend them as one of the preeminent agencies of North London.

It’s been a rollercoaster of a journey selling our property but at every turn IC Property was there.
Declan was brilliant at showing everyone around and there were a lot of them! Always punctual and very professional. Murat was fantastic and very true to his word communicating at every turn even when he didn’t have to. Even though our experience was very stressful at times he was always there for us. If you’re looking for a professional, personal sales manager then Murat’s your man!

I came across IC a few years ago and have since been in regular contact with the team. After informing Murat of my requirements, I went on to buy the second property I viewed! Murat was extremely professional, having advised and updated me throughout the whole process (including after working hours!) which was extremely reassuring during such a stressful time. He really does go above and beyond!! Jasmine, Jess and Sharon and the whole team have since been extremely helpful, friendly and always welcoming whenever I have had questions or come into the office.
