Slight delay in delivery, but excellent communications from the company
I ordered some currency, but was informed the day before my delivery that they had run out of my currency. The rep informed me about what would happen, and it happened as she had said. So, 2 days "late", but with excellent Customer support. This is the first "hiccup" I have had in many years of ordering currency from them. I will be using them again.

Great service and would use again, money arrived promptly although rather surprised that it was just posted through the door by Royal Mail whilst we we’re out.
