Don’t bother doing this currently as they have no staff
Don’t bother doing this currently as there wasn’t any staff working when I went to the airport, between 9am and 11am, their ATM also doesn’t give you the option to redeem the prebooked rate

Unfortunately our branch at Luton Airport has been closed since December last year due to the ongoing pandemic.
We are not currently offering click and collect from this location and our ATMs also do not offer this facility.
The click and collect service has not been available online since March 2020, we have checked the website and can see that it is not currently possible to print off a voucher to obtain a prebooked rate at Luton Airport.
If you have managed to print a click and collect voucher recently then please drop us an email at icedirect.callcentre@icecurrency.com so that we can look into this further.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review of our Home Delivery Service. We really appreciate it! If an order is placed by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, the service is next day delivery. Its just orders that are placed in between 3pm Thursday and 3pm Friday will either be delivered Saturday or Monday. As Saturday is not classed as a working day, a 99p fee is charged to guarantee a Saturday delivery.

Charging card non-use fees when we are…
Charging card non-use fees when we are in a global pandemic, and travel has been all but impossible for over a year is outrageous. Very disappointed in a company that I have used for many years. You have lost a customer.

I tried a different company before and it was a scam. This company tried their best to help me but said it would take 3-5 working days to refund my money even thought I needed it that day due to it not being delivered the next working day

We are sorry that you are not happy with our service.
According to our records you placed an order on Saturday 15th May and paid by card, but expected the order to be delivered on Monday as you travelled early on Tuesday. One of my colleagues explained to you that the cut off time for delivery on a Monday is 3pm Friday and it also states this when you are placing your order online.
As you were travelling early Tuesday and there was no guarantee that Royal Mail would deliver before your travel time, you asked us to cancel the order so we are not sure where the suggestion to pay by bank transfer came from as all online orders have to be paid for by debit card.
We so hope that this helps to clarify things more for you.

I ordered the wrong money but one phone call and a lovely lady in the UK with a friendly manner sorted it out very professionally. My money was super quick, I ordered the correct currency at 16.20 on Friday and it was at my for Saturday morning!
