From time of booking I received excellent service and the whole process was easy to follow and straight forward. The low deposit and then payments at regular intervals was very useful. I felt as if my booking was appreciated and I felt that I could trust this company. My holiday was great, the accommodation was just as described. I'm a solo traveller, my holiday was for 4 weeks and the hotel staff could not do enough to make my stay memorable. I would definitely go back there in the future and have no problem with recommending icelolly.com and thank them for a 5 star experience.

Quit the clickbait email offers, or show actual holidays at the prices you show

Loved the location, the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Plus the pool area was nice and quiet I liked the fact that reserving sun loungers using towels eas not allowed

Great but when airline changed my flight by a day I had to pay to change the date and pay over hundred pounds more when it wasn’t my fault but staff all lovely

The prices offered were too expensive. Also the holidays available did not cover the dates that we required anyway. Not enough information was available.

Always spot on with information and advice, very professional.

Very cheap price advertised which then quadrupled when you got further along the process. There was a note to the effect that the price advertised may not be accurately displayed until booking but this was ridiculous, just felt totally conned. A complete waste of time.

I've been using icelolly.com for years and honestly it's the first place I look when I'm booking a holiday. I've just booked Lisbon for Xmas for £350 for 2 people, flights & hotel included (the hotel alone for the same time was £200 a night, so it's a great deal!).
