Mirror did come with an issue however the customer service rep took care of it.

We received our Mirror and it was beautiful. Raffi took care of us and we received our mirror in 2 days. The mirror is a show piece for sure.

Amazing service over the phone, Daniel walked me through all the options. Delivery was lightning fast. Product arrived as promised in perfect condition.

The shipping box included styrofoam protectors and metal corner pieces so the mirrors were received in perfect condition. The mirrors were installed and connected to a dimmer switch for optimal lighting day and night. The size selected fit perfectly between the backsplash and window above the vanity.

We purchased 3 Galaxy medicine cabinets and had manufacturing issues with 2 of them about a year or so after installation. IBMirror not only replaced them, but was quick to send us a replacement free of charge. Great customer service and we love the products!

I will never order from here again. Mirrors were on back order for weeks. Never even got an email to confirm shipping. Moved to a new location and they couldn't ship it to the new location, though my order was placed a month ago. Still haven't received anything. Wouldn't recommend working with this company.

We built a new home in 2025. All of our mirrors were purchased at IB Mirror, and we're very pleased with the quality of their products. Unfortunately, they have a small return window & a high shipping cost to make a return. We ordered a heated towel bowl, but our project manager told us they couldn't install it for at least a week. One week moved to two weeks, and when the electrician arrived wouldn't work on the desired wall. Which meant it needed to be returned. We had one day to return the piece, but the shipping cost was more than 1/2 the purchase cost. Making it a costly proposal, so we kept the piece and hung it in our garage. We'll use it for our wet jackets after we're outside in the Michigan snowy weather. Overall great products, great quality but make sure you don't want to make a return as it's costly!

With IB you will definitely pay a premium but you will also get a higher grade product with responsive support. Trust me, in this category of imported goods, you need a company that is responsive and actually supports the customer.

I ordered two very large illuminated framed mirrors for my master bath. They arrived about eleven days later perfectly crated and we installed them immediately. One LED driver died within a few days (it happens) and IB sent a replacement overnight and credited an additional percentage for the trouble of having someone come back out to assist me. Keep in mind, the mirrors were 30x60!

I'd order again if I needed professional grade mirrors.
