I have just used International Biosciences DNA My Dog service. I'm most impressed. Communication by email with customer services staff was prompt and always helpful. Results arrived much sooner than expected and were completely credible given the appearance of my dog. (The company were unaware of this as I didn't supply a picture.)

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend in the highest terms.

I contacted International Biosciences today because I had not received my test results in the timescale advertised. It seems that correspondence had been failing to travel via email despite their best efforts to respond to me. Their help on the phone today was 'second to none' and results received promptly via a different email. Thanks you for such fantastic customer service

It's been a little less than a year that I took the ancestry DNA test and it still bugs me that I paid all these money and I have no clear answers about anything.
First, after waiting for more than two months they send me the results of another test (Origins, which is a cheaper one). Needless to say I had to repeat the whole test and wait an additional time for the results of the test. I also paid extra for a professional consultation figuring that since you do this once in a lifetime you better do it well. My results came and two weeks passed and no consultant called me so it turns out I had to make a phone call to a guy in the USA from Spain which I did.
My results and their explanation where so vague and ambiguous that until today I haven't understood neither the chronological relation of these traces nor their percentage of their relation to me. This test is about your relation with people in the world today which has nothing to do with ancestry in my opinion. Instead of getting answers, I got even more questions and I m even thinking of going to another company and redo the test but I just hope this time it won't be such a waste of money and time.

Fantastic service. Great customer service. Fast efficient. Loving my cert. Had a fair idea of the breed but it's great to get it confirmed and brilliant to know about the major health concerns of certain breeds and their interesting facts. 5* service

After about 10 phone calls to the call centre with endless amounts of questions, I decided to go ahead with this company, and I have never looked back. From the first encounter all I received was friendly, efficient, professional service during what was a very stressful and emotional time for me and my family. The instructions were clear + precise, the call centre was readily available and the delivery of both the specimen kit as well as the results were ahead of time. These guys went out of their way to accommodate my needs, even phoning me back to follow up on queries I had made. Many many thanks to all those involved and for being so efficient. Yes it was expensive, but worth every penny.

Brilliant service! The customer support team were excellent. I ordered the DNA kit for my partners ancestry and we had the results and a beautiful large map of the world detailing her ancestral history in just over 2 weeks. I ordered the same kit from another well known site and it took them 12 weeks just to get the sample kit out to us! Would highly recommend using these guys.

I recently had a dog breed DNA test and was very disappointed, I have a small breed dog and they said she was part american staffordshire terrier/bloodhound and saint bernard. I queried it and they said it was correct I just can't believe she has all of these in her. Very inaccurate and they've not responded to my last email.

Great experience very professional company, good contact all through process . I followed all directions as outlined in kit plus returned kit as recommended by using tracked courier. Had results very fast after confirmation of delivery.

I recently completed a 'DNA My Dog' test with this company and have to say I'm very impressed with both the results and service. The collection kit was sent to my home address promptly and the results are very easy to understand. I've done these types of tests before and while the sample collection process is always simple the interpretation of the results can be quite daunting.

I read a lot of reviews before deciding on ibdna. They seem to do predominately 'human' DNA testing but as I understand have recently moved into Dog and other animal testing. Hopefully, I'll never have the need to take one of their other tests!

Very good service I knew my dog was a staffie and it came back as a staffie with a bit of Australian cattle dog thrown in for good measure lol it's good to know, I will certainly be using them again, this is the second dog I have done with them and I will be doing my third dog very soon as well. Top rate.

I just got my DNA results back for my dog and it was pretty close to what I thought, mostly because I'm not that familiar with the resulting breed, but when I looked at a picture online I thought yup, that's him. Great job. Great customer service. It took about two weeks from the time I sent my sample in. And they never asked for a picture of the dog unless I wanted it included on the certificate. Their customer service is very accommodating as well. When I first ordered my kit they sent me feline forms instead of canine but I emailed them and within the hour I had the forms I needed. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Helpful staff and I got the result I desperately needed. Pretty fast service and was dealt with professionally. I would recommend for anybody looking for peace of mind! Thank you IBDNA!

I contacted this company in order to get my DNA tested. From the initial enquiry to the delivery of the kit, I cannot fault the level of service provided to me by this company. Once I posted the kit back, I was kept informed by regular emails. The results were provided via email and they were very helpful when I rang them to answer some questions about how the results were presented. Highly recommended.

The DNA test kit was sent to us by return, and was really easy to do. Once we posted back the swabs, it was passed on to the lab the very next day - and we got the results back in 2 weeks, which was great. Taking on a rescue dog, we had no idea what to expect - but the results were presented clearly and simply - and now all her little traits make sense!

Fantastic company with great response times!! We used them to determine whether or not our twin boys were identical. The website was easy to use and the testing kit came through the post very quickly. We had the results back within two weeks! Would highly recommend this company.

The service we got from International Biosciences was first class. It was a challenging time but we decided it would be best to go with the non invascive test kit procedure, purchasing a pre natural DNA test kit. The telephonist answered all my questions and any doubts I had. I could pay a 50% deposit up front, the rest being paid when you send your blood samples off (pre paired FedEx special delivery envelope) to be analysed at their lab. The test results was clear to understand and you get these via email. All in all from paying the deposit to receiving the test results took around 10 working days. Obviously it was not an ideal position to be put in. At least now, I've got clarity who the father is and I can now plan for the future, bringing a little life into the world.
