This is completely a scam. DO NOT put any of your hard-earned money into this "company." It's very well-known now (just look at their Kickstarter comments) but they're still accepting orders. No more updates are given and I gave hundreds of dollars to them since 2016.

I supported this project through funding in 2016. Their Kickstarter page is now flooded with complaints from backers who haven’t received their pledges. Despite this, the company continues to blame issues like ‘chip shortages’ and ‘shipping delays,’ which seem more like excuses for their incompetence. This feels like a complete scam

100% Scam. They took my money from Kickstarter. Never delivered the product, doesn't provide updates. Kickstarter does nothing to help with a refund and because it's been years since the original pledge, I can't get my money back from the bank either. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. THEY ARE JUST ROBBING PEOPLE AND WILL NOT SHIP ANYTHING.

Years and years after backing this project on kickstarter and still have never received the product. Myself and others who backed the product on kickstarter now all know iband is purely a scam. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

Originally backed this project on Kickstarter in 2016. As much as I like to give the benefit of the doubt towards consistent delays, one surely must draw the line after numerous years - and, more so, when not a single update has been given since March 2023 on the site, yet impersonal updates appear on this website (namely, to say shipping of such products is has [conveniently] changed from June this year to September, so it is hardly as if those involved have passed away or similar). If they would even give some degree of update to the backers who pledged over half a million to make this happen, maybe people would not be so justified as to call this whole debacle a scam.

Until things clear up (if they ever do, in which most backers seem [justifiably] not to believe), do not buy from this site. No matter how tempting the product may seem, please don't attempt to buy.

I'm one of the original backers of Kickstarter. This is a scam. All they did was make up updates, delay after delay, and never shipped the products. If they were a real company they should be bankrupted and in jail for fraud.

Original backer here from Kickstarter, never received the product. They keep posting this on different websites to steal more money. These are the worst human beings on the planet.

Like others have posted, this product is a scam. Gave us years of updates and bs stories only to ask us for more money for an upgraded project. Once they squeezed the few dollars out of the backers that they could, they went ghost.

Buyers beware. I ordered at £199 a headband back in 2017 on Indiegogo and have never received my product (amongst thousands of other negatively impacted backers). They have repitched this product campaign a number of times (also on Kickstarter) and raised A LOT of money but still have never shipped the product to buyers. If you want to donate your money, please give to a charity, not to this company!

Lots of hype and promises with no delivery. Communication ended through kickstarter which also promotes a lot of scams without accountability.
