Whilst very helpful to sell a new hot tub, their after sales service is appalling. My experience is that they have simply ignored many phone calls, emails and texts over several months on after sales matters such as servicing and warranty

Having looked at all the reviews which funnily enough were all 5 star and postive it really does make me wonder about their validity! We had Adam visit for a service and I pre warned him of some of the issues. The service was carried out and paid for but the issues were completly ignored and he was going to look into them and come back to us. Having not heard from him for a week, I called him and left many messages and many texts which were completly ignored. I called the main office and a very friendly lady took the call and apologised. She said she would get hold of him and within a few hours he did call and said sorry as he was on a course ( As a business owner that is a very poor excuse). He then said he will speak to Hydropoole and report back to me . Well Adam must be a very trained person as some 4 weeks later again no reply from countless messages and calls, he must be on another course! This is no way to treat clients and to run a business. To me this shows me that this outlet is only interested in new sales and not after care service , so be warned.

I have contracted another Hydropool outlet who have been really good and they do return calls.

It is not often I write bad reviews but to me this is just about manners and if someone does not want to do a job , just say so.

Purchased a hot tub Aug 23 it was delivered with damaged panel, the accessories purchased and paid for at the time wernt delivered and still not provided to date 31.10.23 despite Kate the owner saying they are in stock at the showroom. Went back to the Hydropool showroom in Dorset several times to find it closed and phone calls and emails go unanswered! Terrible customer service and now had to contact Hydropool Uk Manager who also having trouble contacting them. Hydropool Dorset avoid as they don’t care once they have your money!

I booked this company to come and service our hot tub and when the engineer arrived he found that one of the jets needed replacing so in fact he couldn’t service it. He said he’d go back and get me a price for the replacement part. That was on 5th July. Despite chasing I’ve heard nothing and so we’ve not been able to use the hot tub all summer. I paid £75 to them for coming out which ok if they’d serviced it would have been acceptable but for a quick diagnosis then to hear nothing since is totally unacceptable. Very poor customer service.

The young girl was really nice and supportive at the start. Really disappointed with the service my wife and I received after our deposit was put down. We are not getting what we paid for due to continual delay after delay. I shall be contacting them to cancel my order soon because of this.
