Absolutely love this brands ethos of natural fibres in the home. I have been trying to reduce synthetics in my home and found myself repeatedly coming back to Hyde & Hare. The quality of their products are brilliant and they are always so helpful in guiding me on colour match for my rooms!

Didn’t have my item in stock but failed to communicate that to me. Had to proactively chase them to get any info. Ended up cancelling my order for a refund. Overall terrible shopping experience.

awful company - took my money but didnt have the item in stock - took 3 weeks for them to bother to even reply. Really bad communication and email reply delays
still waiting to receive my refund, they have said its been processed we shall see.
expensive items - nice website - terrible company I would avoid, plenty of nicer websites who invest more in customer care, which is very important with any business.

I Ordered a sheepskin stool in a Honey colour,
When it arrived it was white !
I sent an e mail and nearly a week later they asked for a photo which I sent straight back.
4 days on I am still waiting and my e mails are being ignored.
Wont be using them again

I had ordered a sheepskin stool from Hyde and Hare and then read the Trustpilot reviews and was a wee bit nervous but I had no need to be. The stool is gorgeous, expensive but worth it as the quality is high, great and quick communication when I had made a mistake with my online order and very quick delivery. I had qualified for a free sheepskin seat cover which again is lovely, so lovely I have just ordered a second one to put over the stool to protect it from my cats who are eyeing it up as a comfy bed! I would thoroughly recommend.

AVOID This site unless you want faulty products. They then ignore your emails. They delete comments and reviews on Facebook from multiple unhappy customers and block you from writing more. Still awaiting my refund😡
