I called to indicate one of the issues with my fridge continued. I was initially told the a lighting issue wasn’t covered by my plan. I pointed out that when entering a claim for a refrigerator lighting was an actual selection when filling out the form. Also, it was accepted as being covered when I submitted the claim initially. Once I pushed back it suddenly became covered. Also none of the dates I was given for the repairman to come out worked for me so I was told I’d have to call the repairman. That’s what I pay YOU to do.

Fast service…..it was 2 days from the time I placed my claim till my AC was fixed and running

The water heater broke down and the coverage was 100% percent approved. Reed plumbing decided to charge us non covered charges at $1,565. HWA would not approve second opinion. If we paid for a seperate second opinion they would only pay us back $360.00. Its a double whammy.
I have a local plumber who is ready to charge only 400$ for complete installation and I can buy a new unit and complete replacement would be around $1,000. But Reed plumbing wants money from HWA and $1,565 for me. The case managers did not cooperate and do not support the customers. I have been with them for several years but now lost trust completely. I am paying for everything by my self and closing account with them. Their contractors our ripping customers off and HWA dont care. They changed policies so we cant get second opinions and they wont pay our contractors the same way. They want to give you pennies if you cash out on the claim.

Still have not hear from person to fix my Air Conditioner. Called several times to HWA and kept getting a response of call back information that they are busy.. Finally I got representative that state they have no one to send to me as of yet. Surprisingly I paid in Tuesday and We’d you have no one to send as of yet it is now Wednesday at 5:40 pm COME ON ….itsy81 degree in my house. Pls send some one before we all get Ill my hubby has had Open Heart Surgery and he can’t take the heat. Pls hurry. Thx you. Someone in office wants to know if I want to reapply for next year when my policy expires. I’m just not sure.

Bought this house in fall. It’s 8 yrs old. I was very skeptical abt warranty and have read what a scam it is. So far they have fixed my washer, fridge, microwave, ac, garage door. $85 for each. Downsides is sometimes it’s hard to schedule or they set up appt date and time without asking if ok. I had a bad experience trying to explain to them a plumbing issue was not sewage. However all in all I have found great value in this service and I am planning to renew this policy.

The representative was kind, patient, helpful, and tenacious with this process. Understanding I was preoccupied with family matters she never pressured me but gave me all the information to make an informed decision. Hope this company takes the time to recognize who she is and what she’s providing. Thanks Janille

HWA agreed to replace my refrigerator when it could not be repaired again. I agreed to a paper check so I could go ahead and purchase a replacement this weekend

I experienced electrical issues in my son’s room where an outlet burned. I put my request in on Thursday and had immediate response. Even though I was told the electrician would come out on Sunday he was able to come out on Friday evening and fix the problem!
