Hutch Houseplants Bewertungen

I am very happy with my purchase. The plant is beautiful and healthy and exactly how it looks like in the photo.

What gorgeous plants and super friendly helpful team!
I made a mistake in ordering a plant that was way to big for my house. As I was local and it was days after delivery I was kindly allowed to return. Going into the ship I described what I was aiming for and the staff were so great taking me through what my choices were. We set them up in the shop so I could picture them at home. He gave lots of info on care and I feel reassured that if I have any difficulties that I can contact them for support.
Thank you

Faultless. Thank you.

Tried to make a purchase of some potting compost from here, but their checkout couldn't calculate shipping rates to my address. I am in the UK mainland in the North of England near a major city. Probably some kind of technical glitch, but I ended up just ordering from another garden centre online.

What beautiful plants. Thank you

The plants were beautifully and packed excellently. The arrived safely and within a couple of days.
The packaging was all recyclable as well, a big bonus for me!

Thanks Hutch, I’ll definitely be ordering more!

Great selection of plants, fantastic customer service and quick delivery. You’ve gained a new loyal customer!

I love Hutch the actual shop and online I have done a couple of orders recently and I was worried about how the plants would turn up, but wow Hutch go above and beyond to protect those plant baby's you have ordered

Friendly knowledgeable staff were great in helping me chose the right plant for our house. Thanks Hutch!!

Fast delivery and the philodendron malay gold was absolutely great quality. There was an initial issue with the online ordering not working, but I messaged them and they fixed it straight away. Excellent customer service. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat!

Lovely plants and well packaged. Quick delivery. Thank you!!

I live in Australia so sending a gift, while supporting a local business can often have its challenges but Hutch Houseplants made it so easy. I messaged them directly for some assistance with a pot which they quickly responded to with lots of options. Thanks so much to Lucie & Rob, your quick responses and attention to detail was awesome.. My sister loved her plant so much. Thanks guys!

None of the plants have any damage on the leaves which is super impressive!!! The safest packaging I’ve had!

I have been into the shop twice now, each time staff have been very helpful and have shared a wealth of information about the plants that would be suitable for my home. They have been kind, polite and approachable. I ordered some plants for delivery, and they arrived in excellent condition, and I was called so I knew that they were on their way. The shop is also a beautiful and tranquil place to be.

Extremely beautiful plants, well packed!

Good service, quick delivery

Love Hutch - always such healthy plants and great value for money - love that they offer smaller plants and not just bigger size so suits everyone’s budget
