Overbooked cabaret seats meant we lost our view of the stage
Paid for cabaret seats which we managed to sit right at the front, until the owner came put a table so close to us that we were touching shoulders with the table now in-front of us!
We paid a lot of money to see this show to have our view blocked by another seemingly ‘more important group’.
Was not really interactive and 90% of the time the audience were chatting as they were not interested. Very over priced, very cramped thanks to the boss deciding another group were more important, difficult to hear, and no space to look around the decorated walls. Glad I went with my best friend as we managed to make the best of a not great evening.
If I could give no stars I would!
The experience was underwhelming, overpriced and lacking compared to what was promised.
It's less of an immersive show and more of a themed bar with entertainment, it’s like a time warp to an 80s butlins nightmare. For £75 vip you get a terrible view ,terrible table with hard chairs and a paper Christmas cracker that was an utter waste of a trees life.
The food was mediocre and served in a polystyrene box, very classy.
Can’t tell you about the 2nd half ,didn’t make it as we left
Don’t waste your money!

The most appalling waste of money I have ever encountered.
Paid for the VIP lounge , the cheap cracker almost made the extra cost worth while . Not !!
The show itself was uninteresting , disjointed and didn’t hold the audience’s attention at all. Left early very disappointed, made amdram look professional,
Please don’t waste your money or time on this.
Don’t waste you money!!
This was quite frankly, the most underwhelming ridiculous excuse of a Christmas show one can imagine. We paid for VIP lounge and got separated from the show with a cheap cracker for the princely sum of £75 per person. The show is lacklustre to say the least. We left early as our eyes and ears couldn’t follow a thing it was so bad.
Needs improvement
The entrance was lovely, but venue was a big cold space, which meant seeing or hearing what was going on was difficult. The actors were giving it there all, but, it fell short as the venue wasn't the right fit for the experience.
Very poor quality
Freezing venue. Cheaply decorated, expensive drinks, super expensive basic food. Not worth the money - I wouldn’t even go if it was free
Awful - do not waste your money
Awful - the best bit was the entrance area. When we asked the waitress was kind of white wine they had...the answer "it's a mix of lots of different ones" (what?!) We went for the VIP with a drink and cocktail included. So the wine was "a mix"....the cocktail (you both have to have the same one, you can't have these ones) was awful. The band was good. There seemed to be no script or story - just Santa going around swearing. We gave up and went home...figured something better would be on TV.
poor experience
Very cheesy poor experience. Seating is bad as if your in a big group you’ll struggle to find a table together. Searching for a seat was stressful and then we didn’t even get to see the show. Which was meant to be immersive but we weren’t involved at all! drinks and food extortionate. Not worth it!!!

I went here today with my partner and we had a really amazing time i think it would really be hard not to enjoy it so what if it's a little cold put a jacket on the staff were great and so helpful we really needed cheering up and it certainly did best time we had in long time thank you
Rude staff and cold venue
I’ve been freezing cold, the venue is big and everyone is wearing the jacket scarf and binis on. Very slow show with low sense of humour too, I thought I’ll give it a try to the end as we paid for VIP Tickets.
After probably an hour the skinny blond security guard approached me asking me in a very rude way to remove my hoodies hood from my head. I told him I’m not feeling well and cold and he demanded to remove it.
Whoever has visited the venue will laugh by reading this, but it’s really embarrassing and frustrating to experience such an approach.
As everyone was wearing hats and binis, I’ll probably could say discrimination too.
However we paid £69 for one ticket, 3 of us we have given over £200, waste of money as we left on the spot after that approach and the security guard looked at us and laughed.
Definitely not recommend this show.
Save ur money and time.
Leave inhibitions outside.
We booked this for our office party, it was fun, most likely helps if you are drunk. The premise of the event is a bit sketchy and the performances are a little hit and miss, but we had fun, some parts were genuinely hilarious some a bit cringe. You need to get into the spirit and leave inhibitions outside.
We didn’t eat there, apart from the waffles which were nice enough if a little burnt. Rest of the food looked like standard street food, lots of smashed things (burgers avocados etc). Not sure I’d want to part with my own £ for this experience, but if someone else is paying…
Not as good as we hoped
Having come from another event where it was absolutely fantastic (bad Santa bottomless brunch Shoreditch ) our group felt that although the setting was very well decorated the experience itself was really not worth the money. Unless located in front of the band the music was not loud enough and the chatting noise was overpowering. You could barely hear the host who was struggling to make the story flow.
The music by the band was to be honest not lively enough or loud enough which was a shame as they could have really made it rock and they didn’t!! such a shame as we were ready to party and actually left early to find somewhere else. For the entry fee it wasn’t, in our groups opinion good enough. But hey each to their own and I’m sure others will have had a great time.
Customer service/Ticket company is rubbish
This review is soley on customer service/ their ticketing company and people on email. *The event itself is great* but the customer service lets it down badly.
It took a MONTH for them to finally get back to me to confirm access concerns that I had, no one seemed to know the answers to my questions or showed any initiative to try to actually find out, which left me feeling like they weren't trained at all about access issues. I'm now really unwell and cannot attend the date I booked, the confirmation email states you can request to change dates if you let them know more than 48 hours before. I emailed them 4 days before with 3 alternative dates I could do and asked if this was possible, I was told to check the website for availability myself, I then went back very quickly again with the dates and time I could do. Then radio silence for the next 3 days, it's now past 48 hours before the event and no one has bothered to reply to me. I commented on a Facebook post which then got deleted as they obviously don't want people to see them being publicly reprimanded, so there is someone active somewhere, just not on email! It's completely tainted my view of this great production and makes me feel like this is just a very gimmicky money grabber and that customer care is not important to them at all. I don't think I'll be going again if it's on next year and will tell people to avoid it.
Absolutely LOVED it😂 non stop laughing…
Absolutely LOVED it😂 non stop laughing the whole night, the team were fantastic, got everyone involved! Drinks were lovely, food was unreal! Santa was absolutely hilarious! And the decorations were 10/10 - I will 100% be going again to show my friends what they’ve been missing!
Absolutely shocking experience
This was booked for a yearly Christmas girly catch up. Absolutely shocking! Didn't start until around 8:00pm (7:00pm advertised start), paid £30 each (4 of us) for a shocking interpretation of a booth and then charged 12.5% service for drinks. Dance floor and bar were around the corner, so couldn't be seen from where we were seated. Little in the way of anything resembling good atmosphere. Immersion was ridiculously childlike and very very slow. Loos smelly, no red wine. Shared the 'booth' with another group of 4 who left about half an hour into the experience and we followed once our drinks were finished. The marketing is excellent but what's advertised is definitely not what you get. There must be a law against this - maybe one for Trading Standards. Stay far away if you're expecting a good night out - be warned! Not deserving of any stars
Update - Great engagement from Jess (Ticketing) and happy with outcome
