3/11/2026 Watching HSN Top Finds Channel Encore, they were selling product number 920-420 DG2 embellish pants for $79.95. I called 800-436-3344 the pants were selling for $89.95 when I called HSN because what was being televised was recorded previously. DON’T TELEVISE THE SELL PRICE IF WE CAN’T GET IT. A WASTE OF PEOPLE’S TIME.
This company does not appreciate customer loyalty.
For the second time in the last couple of years this company has lowered my credit limit even though I have been a loyal customer for years making on-time payments consistently. Seems that in the last couple of years they decide to do a witch hunt trying to find something bad on your credit report. Even if they think they have found something bad in a person's history that, by the way, does not involve anything to do with your association with them, they make a decision to cut your limit down to practically nothing. Apparently a customer's past loyalty over many years time does not mean a thing to them. The first time they cut my limit I decided to close my account. In the process of doing this a representative told me if I closed it I could not open it up again in the future. An outright lie, because a few months later I was invited to open up an account again, which I foolishly did, not knowing they would pull the same stunt again. I am done with this company once and for all. I will shop where a company appreciates my loyalty from now on.

Piensan en sus beneficios por encima de todo. Por último en el cliente. Cobran por adelantado y tardan en responder ante incidencias.(sólo de lunes a viernes).
Me parece injusto para un cliente que le cobren por adelantado y sin embargo para tramitar el reembolso necesiten que les llegue el pedido no entregado a sus almacenes. Creo que no es ni legal.

I bought a brand new laptop from them when opened it it was a used computer. I can't even get into it as the previous person added their name and password.
When I called and tried to get this resolved I was told they are not able to help. Don't buy anything from this company.
Pésima atención al cliente
Esta es una reseña sobre el servicio de atención al cliente de HSN. Un desastre, una gestión nefasta, pésima, te tratan como si fueras tonta.
Hice un pedido el 12 de diciembre y lo he recibido hoy 13 de enero, un mes después, y gracias a que yo estuve todo el rato haciendo el seguimiento, porque por ellos ni lo habría recibido.
No sé qué pasó con la empresa transportista pero el pedido nunca llegó, conseguí que la empresa transportista reconociera que era un problema de ellos y que asumía las consecuencias.
Ese correo según me llegó lo reenvíe a HSN el 31 de diciembre y me siguieron dando largas.
En el servicio de atención al cliente lo único que hacen es decirte "su ticket está actualizado" y ya está, o decirte que están investigando el asunto, pero qué asunto si la empresa transportista ya ha dicho que lo han perdido.
Finalmente, el 8 de enero me escriben que vale, que ya me envían mi pedido, pero que no hay stock de dos de los productos.
Cambio el sabor de uno y el otro como no había similar me hacen el reembolso.
Ese mismo día, el 8 de enero, había una promoción de que todo el encapsulado de ellos era el 2 por 1, llévate dos y paga uno con lo cual, igual que yo no me he podido llevar los productos que yo quería, contaba que al menos tuviera la decencia de enviarme dos por uno en los dos encapsulados, pues cuál ha sido mi sorpresa al recibirlo, que nada de nada.
Me siento estafada, he pasado un mes, que a mí quién me paga el disgusto, los nervios, el enfado y la impotencia, que es que pensaba que al final perdia el dinero. Uno de los productos me lo tuve que comprar porque lo necesitaba y no llegaba.
Y luego, que los dos productos que yo había elegido tampoco los puedo tener, y ya el colmo, es que si tenéis una promoción, después de lo mal que habéis quedado, que os cuesta enviarme dos por uno.
Ha sido una experiencia horrible, como para recomendar HSN a nadie.
Menudo trato a los clientes, para llorar.
Quality gone...
I ordered a king mattress back in February 2025. All I can say is I already had to buy another mattress because this one deteriorated right away...first month...HSN and QVC have gone down hill these last 10 yrs and it seems their quality has taken a big nose dive. U used to be able to buy quality products from them but not so anymore. I have been shopping with them off and on for over 30 yrs. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

This is how HSN is so freaking cheap no return lable in the package they going to send one now I have to go out of my way to go to the post office and send the stinking pen back. Poor Delivery

The option I was given was to reorder and pay again and then have the recipients return one if they eventually received both. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Will never order gifts from them again.

I did not realize my Kitchenaid Mixer was being shipped from China.
Received a tracking number which I had to pay for to get an international tracking app.
It gave me a great daily report of where my mixer was for 14 days. The 15th day report was that it was delivered. It never showed my address just that it was delivered to my local post office and Zipcode.
Went to post office with the tracking number and was informed it was a China Post Delivery Service Tracking Number and USPS had no control or way to find my package.
When I googled China Post it said they dealt with USPS and that there was going to be a new USPS tracking number.
Never have received that tracking number.
I have emailed the contact person at QVC+HSN and waiting to see if they can get the USPS Tracking number.
Beware when ordering that you don’t end up with a shipping mess.
I would Never have placed my order if I had known it was being shipped from China.

Spin for 15% order discount is a sham.
They top out the discount at $50 regardless of the purchase price which in my case equaled a 9% discount! Will never order again from HSN as they lie to their customers.
Ordered a Meta Quest 3S system online
Ordered a Meta Quest 3S system online. During the "order summary" I was shown a price. I continued with purchase and was charged significantly more on the receipt I received. When I started a chat online I was told there was nothing I could do and I just had to pay what they charge for the item. I then called thinking there's no way this could be correct. This is stealing and lying to potential customers. When my call was finally answered I was then told that the discount that was applied in the order summary was not valid due to it being an electronic item. I asked why the discount was applied in the first place if the item was ineligible. I was told it was not her responsibility to manage online coupons and she was not going to do anything. I asked to cancel the order and warn all not to allow this organization to steal your hard earned money and lie to you.

Estafa en las campañas de descuento
Ofrecen campañas de descuento que son un auténtico engañabobos. Suben el precio original, para aplicar un descuento imaginario que al final te deja el producto por el mismo precio de siempre. Lo hacen siempre, y me parece una verdadera estafa, sobretodo para su clientela que compra de manera habitual. Únicamente por esto, buscaré otras marcas.
Problemas estomacales con un producto suyo
Tuve problemas con un producto suyo, me ocasionó fuertes diarreas y dolorosas punzadas en el estómago. Al comprar el producto por Amazon me dijeron que me pusiese en contacto con ellos, pero los fabricantes del producto no son Amazon, son HSN... es posible que tengáis un lote defectuoso y les dio igual... les mande foto del producto del lote y de todo y su impasividad fue la verdad bastante sorprendente e irresponsable.
HSN is a SCAM
HSN is a scam. I do not reccomend ordering anything from them. I took a chance and placed my first order with them which I now regret. I ordered two jars of Korres face cream in the same order, but was given to separate order numbers and the items shipped separately. I've never seen a company split one order of the same item into two orders and then ship them separately. They certainly are not trying to reduce their carbon footprint. To make matters worse, both face creams which come in glass jars were carelessly thrown into small bubble envelopes instead of packaged into a small box with insulation. Again, I've never see this with other companies. I'm in total shock of how careless they packaged my GLASS items. I will be reporting them to consumer affairs. Shame on you HSN.

Un fallo garrafal de HSN con su agencia de transporte, provoca que devuelvan mi pedido al almacén , a pesar de haberles notificado el problema desde el mismo dia que debía haberlo recibido, tanto a HSN como a su agencia de transporte
HSN No contesta hasta 5 dias después y para comunicarme que como el pedido no lo han entregado, lo devuelven y me cobran el transporte!!
Con un: " lamentamos no poder corregir a situación, perdone las molestias".
Hay que tener agarres y cinismo , HSN, para darte esa contestación a mis reiterados correos informando que no llegaba el pedido,
Indudablemente es un abuso de poder y miseria por no pagar ellos (HSN) , responsables del error, nuevo transporte de lo que fue un error de la empresa.
No volveré jamás a colorarles nada.

Cancelled order for no reason
I've ordered from HSN for a few years and recently placed an order and they immediately cancelled it for no reason. When I asked the chat support they said the fraud department flagged it and cancelled it. Why? That's ridiculous. Taking my business elsewhere.

Miss the old hosts!! That’s one of the main reasons I watched… It’s a diff show without them. Even the models- I am missing Kenya and the new host Nicole talks way too much.!! Sad to see the show go down hill because of the move to PA.
