The CIPD HR-inform team is absolutely fantastic. They are ready to support and navigate you through all sorts of matters. Ashleigh, has been great onboarding coach.

I’d already had an initial overview of HR Inform during a demo a few weeks ago. The onboarding session with Ellie Sawrey was extremely helpful, not only in showing me how to navigate the key areas of the platform, but also in giving me the opportunity to explore the more detailed and essential features. Ellie took the time to clearly explain and demonstrate the platform’s capabilities, which I really appreciated.

Ellie Sawrey was friendly, knowledgeable and professional when she delivered my onboarding session. She was patient when I asked questions and took time to make sure that I understood each section. She followed up with an email after the session had finished, with all the information she said she would send. Really helpful.

Ashleigh has been very helpful in the set up process and has assisted with our onboarding process.

I've found the Croner-I team to be friendly and helpful, no complaints so far.
