HPLC Conveyancing have recently completed a transfer of equity for me. All the staff I had contact with there were friendly, helpful, knowledgable & responsive from the off - a pleasure to deal with. I've found HPLC to be both efficient and transparent as a company and I won't hesitate to return for further conveyancing services from Heather and the team in the future.

My partner and I have recently just purchased our first home, and we were lucky enough to be have HPLC recommended to us.

Bethan our solicitor was wonderful, we were kept up to date at all stages and whenever I had any questions they were always responded to quickly. Nothing was ever too much of an ask and for that, our experience was impeccable.

She knew as excited first time buyers we wanted to be in the property as soon as possible, so really pushed for us with the seller’s solicitors and estate agents to get enquiries answered. Without her, we would no doubt still be waiting for the purchase to complete.

Also, a big praise to all other of the ladies at HPLC - the phone was always answered with a helpful voice of the other end.

We used HPLC as conveyors for our house purchase last year and it proved to be an expensive and deeply stressful mistake. This is call centre conveyancing at its very worst; admittedly cheap but boy do you get what you pay for. Abandon all hope of any decent service level and if you're expecting even a modicum of professionalism do your self a favour and go elsewhere. These people are slow, rude, and indifferent; I'd suggest you investigate the stream of highly positive reviews from people with only one or two previous reviews. Draw your own conclusions but avoiding this company will be the best advice you get all day.

Bethan was so efficient and quick with my house sale and purchase. She would always update me and if I was worried she never minded me phoning her during the day.
I found HPLC so helpful and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a solicitor for selling or buying a house.
