Howdens - Worcester Bewertungen

My Mum needed a new kitchen and we decided to use Howdens. Our kitchen designer, Ryan, was excellent. He listened to our ideas and requests, was very knowledgeable, and provided a great design. His ongoing support throughout the supply and fit were really appreciated and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Howdens again in the future.

Ryan, the kitchen designer was very friendly and full of good ideas, especially when there was a slight issue with the cupboard measurements and the thermostat. He stayed in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly. There were a couple of side panels that were sent in the wrong size, but I don't know who was responsible for that. They were quickly replaced with the correct size pieces.

All the staff in Worcester Sheriff St are great & very helpful. Shout out to Jim who we always work well with.
Not happy again that my fitter has had to take time out of the day three times to return damaged items. Two sinks & one hob with a dent in it.
Estimate 4 to 5 hours of lost time, not acceptable when paying £200 a day.

The whole experience of buying and installing the kitchen was excellent. Tom & Ryan understood my requirements and produced a great design while Steve and his team at Secc did a brilliant job of the installation. Highly recommended.

Really helpful and welcoming staff. Great prices. Always wanting to help

I would highly recommend Worcester howdens, Jess is very helpful and knowledgeable and is very happy to help in many kitchen and joinery projects, howdens stock and it’s very easy to pick up anything you may need. All the team are friendly and happy to help.

Having dealt with Howdens in Sheriff Street in Worcester for many, many years now, I can honestly say what a great business and team they are to work with. The customer care is second to none. The staff and team are super friendly and always willing to help out wherever they can. Top marks 👌🏻

Worcester Howdens are an example of how a supplier should service their trade customers.
Anthony and his team have always been very helpful and supportive in my needs as a tradesman. From the counter to the warehouse the team are a delight to know and see on a weekly basis.
Stock is great, build quality is of a high standard and now they do bathroom panels too!!. Materials like screws and sealants always readily available, and if nothing is at the branch they will get it for you in a few days.
Shout out to Jess, and a big thank you for your support.
Keep up the great service.

I’ve been very impressed with my experience with the Howdens Worcester team.

A particular thank you to Ryan, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout. I’ve really appreciated his patience, responsiveness and excellent communication. He’s always been approachable and helpful, and when things haven’t quite gone to plan, he’s been very efficient at organising swaps of items and getting things resolved for me.

I’ve also really valued the input and help from the wider team, including Tom and Jim, as well as the delivery team. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful and professional.

The quality of the kitchen cabinets and appliances is excellent, and I’ve been really pleased with the design process. I made several visits to the Worcester branch to look at different cabinet doors, handles and worktops and play around with different combinations before settling on something I was happy with. I always felt very welcome and never rushed.

Overall, the process has been excellent from start to finish. I’m really pleased with my kitchen and would highly recommend the Howdens Worcester team.

Tom Wilks right from the start was extremely efficient, professional and nothing was too much trouble . I changed the design many times and his input into this was invaluable.
Because of his service I have purchased the kitchen , all the appliances and in addition fitted wardrobes , all internal doors for my newly renovated house .
As well as a special mention for Tom the rest of the team provide a professional excellent service .
Many thanks

DO NOT USE!!! Especially the Worcester centre. Simple, bad attitude from sales person who has next to zero skill and self management and organisation, no response from management, wrong delivery date meant my kitchen had to stay outside all night even though it had been scheduled with them a month prior, charged twice to 2 different kitchen installers, incorrect items delivered, left an elderly lady with no fridge for a month had to returns wrong items myself at my expense and time, left with no worktop for 2 weeks, had to pay my fitters more as howdens delivered the wrong items, delayed the plumber, painters and electrician, Now writing to senior management. At present I get the feeling that senior believe this business culture is acceptable. My mum is desperately dissatisfied for what could have been a lovely kitchen.
Update 14th of Aug. Thank you for your reply. I’m happy to give you my mums details who bought the kitchen from you? If so please provide me with an email.

From design to delivery Howdens Worcester Sheriff street have been nothing short of brilliant.
On hand to answer any questions - always followed up with a call back where required.
Products of a lovely quality.
Thank you to Zach and the team for all your hard work !

Jim from Howdens was so helpful in the choice of units and equipment for our new kitchen and his recommendation of the fitter, Rich, provided us with a really great outcome. The whole process was smooth and efficient

I always pop down to Howdens and find it's alot competitive compared to other retail outlets. Items are always of good quality. Will definitely be popping in on my next home refurb project in a few months. The staff are very helpful and always very informative and always point out new offers.

From start to finish Craig has been brilliant and also the staff at Worcester Sheriff Street Branch I would recommend them to supply a Kitchen and a lot more
Many thanks
Nick

The whole process was really smooth.
Jim's design was a clever use of very small space, and he was very flexible in the minor adjustments we requested. The choice of materials and finishes allowed us to tailor the space to us.
He recommended the fitter (who was also excellent) and the whole process ran to the schedule. Even so, we were never left wondering as Jim (and other staff from Howdens, and the fitter and his team) were in touch regularly to keep us reassured.
Having a kitchen fitted is always going to be disruptive, but the process was far less difficult than we had expected.
The finished kitchen is a delight, and I can't recommend Jim, Howdens and our fitting team highly enough.

Purchase was easy with good and pleasant service.

Always prepared to sort problems out with no fuss

Service terrible
Kept waiting
Ignored by staff
Asked for an integrated extractor was given a canopy extractor
Shocking
