We had a met up intentionally with Nicole in our own home.
Which I thought went really well, she gave us good ideas.
And at this time, my house was in middle of an extension and I couldn’t see beyond the mess snd carnage but she told us what a good size we had to work with and together we did a kitchen design and how it would work.
Then this was the exciting part. Going to the show room! To met Nicole and discuss colours, styles, work tops, lighting etc.., any way I didn’t realise they had a computer which then put together for us, with Nicole designing it.. our ideas and then we could see it as a visual image.
We went for quartz work tops. Which I love! Tall cupboards. Wine fridge. Intergrated goods. And I absolutely love it… it’s just how I wanted it! Now it’s all done I’m over the moon… with the space, storage, the quality.
Nicole gave us a good service and helped us get our dream kitchen I totally recommend going to Howdens.

We use Howdens commercially and I love working with them because as I have come to learn, they really know what they are doing. The customer service is impeccable, the designers, and especially Gemma, who has helped me with more than a few kitchens already, are very knowledgeable and always extremely helpful. I told my colleague the other day that it is quicker to order appliances from Howdens than it is to get a cup of coffee and I mean it - the entire order process is seamless.

I ordered two kitchens with Jon Da Silva at the Shoreham depot. Jon designed and configured two kitchens and sent visuals in a timely manner. He was patient in the process of me picking colours and units. It was a great first time experience with Howdens and I will definitely return for a further 8 houses we are in the process of planning/building. I always think customer service is really important and Jon provided a great service , efficient, great knowledge of the product and idea generation was fantastic in some of the design. Thanks Jon and to Howdens .

Leanne at Howdens Shoreham was fabulous from start to finish sorting out my material costs and delivery’s

I was recommended by my kitchen fitter to go to Howdens, Shoreham. Unfortunately the design service was awful. The design took a week and wasn't correctly measured (missed out the washing machine and hadn't listened to what I wanted). This didn't give me much faith in their service but I gave them the opportunity to rectify it. 3 weeks later they still hadn't got it right. The designer didn't seem to be very experienced which was a shame as I liked the product. I had to go elsewhere and went to Wickes. It was more expensive but the design was ready the next day and spot on, no problems and fitted within 2-3 weeks.

Have been using the app recently which has been really useful to get information on material costs at speed but I always ring my branch direct to check stock availability and it’s always a pleasure because the staff are polite and knowledgeable but above all helpful both on the counter and in the yard 5 stars well deserved

Excellent service. Jon did a great design and delivered exactly what I was after. Organised everything for delivery and when I mentioned I had hurt my back he went the extra mile and help deliver the kitchen with his colleague Gary in to my flat. They helped me out of a proper bind that day and I am incredibly impressed with the kindness of your staff, but also the great service.

Howdens Shorham - Jon was excellent in helping us plan our kitchen which is now in full use.
The cupboards and fittings are as expected and were within our budget.
The Lamona double oven is really inferior to our previous Neff and I wish I had opted for the better quality. The fan oven only really cooks well on the top shelf and just doesn't seem right but I will keep experimenting for now.
We had a fault with the top oven grill which took 2 weeks to fix - not really good enough for a brand new unit.
The new induction hob is fine but if I use all 4 rings the power seems to be reduced - and we had all new electrics for it - (so its not that).
The fridge surprisingly came without a salad basket/plastic box but with a lid which I hadn't realised from the spec.
Love the small dishwasher!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Howdens at the Shoreham, West Sussex branch. Our advisor, Jon, was extremely helpful, professional and always on hand to answer my endless questions. Nothing was too much bother for him, and the kitchen was delivered and fitted with absolutely no issues whatsoever. We are thrilled with the quality of our new kitchen,and with the hassle-free experience we received. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Howdens if you are thinking of a new kitchen.
