I bought my kitchen through HOWDENS, in Shadwell. My kitchen designer, Alfie, went to great effort to ensure that my kitchen was designed, redesigned, and planned effectively, making amazing use of the space, and offered great advice along the way. No query, or question was too small, and Alfie always supported me through the process of having my kitchen designed, and delivered. Would highly recommend, customer service was fantastic. Thank you very much, Alfie, you were fantastic!

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the service provided by Howdens in Shadwell, particularly the staff at the Shadwell branch. My name is Joe Banks, and I have had the pleasure of working with Ernshaw Property Maintenance for a considerable period of time.

I would like to commend the staff at the Shadwell branch for their exceptional professionalism, politeness, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. In particular, I have had the pleasure of dealing with a remarkable individual named Maggie on numerous occasions. Maggie's warm and friendly personality, coupled with her outstanding dedication to her work, have left a lasting impression on me. The staff in this branch are exceptional particularly Conor and Maggie, they've always taken care of me and the staff from Oliver Stern. Very friendly and helpful and always treat us with respect.

I've been visiting this branch for a few years now and it's well organised and sometimes if you're lucky you can arrange swift deliveries.

Great team, major difference from other local branches, definitely worth visiting if you want to order kitchens.

By the way, Howdens kitchen quality are amazing.

When visiting the Shadwell office we were extremely impressed with the friendly and helpful assistance we received by both Maggie in the office and Shuyab who not only brought out a couple of doors for us to look at he also very kindly offered to take the 2 doors round the corner for us.
Really can’t express enough how impressed we were with the service given. Over and above the service standard normally received from other suppliers.

They visit my sites and help me in the designing of the kitchen
They also deliver my goods on time

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff in Howdens Shadwell, they have always helped me when I needed something sorted out quickly, wheatear it be a kitchen design or a fire door, I would especially like to thank the manager DEMI who has gone beyond helping me by contacting the suppliers to get my £8k kitchen in, and arranging the quartz worktop booked, so that I can get the job done before end of November, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

First, The extra discount was not applied for taking delivery before 28th October.
Second, The driver arrived at 7-45pm and said where were the builders to get the kitchen in? Builders finish at 4pm. He then left it kerbside for the lady of the house to get in with her young daughter.
This needs to be looked into

The whole process from design to delivery was a nightmare. Drawing had different amount of unit to what was delivered. Better drawing or 3D images could have been provided. Doors were missing, 2 units arrived 4 days later. Communication between Management and staff is non existent. Promised call back but got nothing. Will never use Howdens again.
