I recently had the pleasure of working with Claire from the Saffron Walden store, and I must say, the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Claire's customer service was absolutely exceptional.

She asked all the right questions to ensure I was getting the perfect kitchen for my needs, even bringing up points I hadn't considered. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was just right truly impressed me.

Claire was always on hand whenever I needed anything and consistently offered valuable advice throughout the entire process. Her support made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Howdens to everyone. I love my new kitchen immensely and couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Sofia in the Saffron Walden Branch was exceptional.

Having relocated my business from London, I have been really grateful for the professional approach of Howdens saffron Walden. Sophia and the team respond promptly and continually throughout every project - both personal and professional projects -changing design specs, layouts, colours, nearly everything to meet the changing needs of the clients. Although these have been lengthy jobs the outcomes have been perfect and appreciated greatly by my clients and as a client myself. Will definitely be using and recommending in all future projects.

The usual tip top service from a committed Howdens branch - it's certainly the best I've used by a long chalk. Another kitchen delivered successfully. And most importantly the customer is very happy too!

Claire was really helpful- we were able to make adjustments and swap things out as needed to get the utility room of my dreams!

Brilliant place to do business with. Every stage of my new kitchen from start to finish was an easy, skilled and enjoyable experience.
From the moment you go in each and every staff member is super friendly, super knowledgeable and super efficient. Josh, Claire, Holly, Sophia, planner Andrew and my fitter Sam Eardley couldn’t have done any better and nothing was ever too much trouble. Excellent and would 100% recommend.

Holly Taylor gave me such good advice on which doors I should buy and made my experience hassle free and easy. Would recommend her to anybody

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Cannot fault the staff from the showroom sales to the warehouse. Always very welcoming, polite and helpful. Bought a kitchen amongst a fair bit of other bits and didn’t have a single problem. Having bought and fitted a lot of kitchens from other suppliers, there is always a fair bit of damage and missing pieces. Howdens at Saffron Walden supplied and delivered a perfect kitchen. No damage or missing bits. Amazing. Will definitely use them in the future.

Our experience with Howdens of Saffron Walden was brilliant from start to finish. We only had the begining of an idea of what we wanted to do for our new kitchen but Holly helped us with so many ideas, she listened to what we needed and incorporated everything into the design. Each time we visited the store to look at products we were made to feel welcome, nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble and we are very impressed with the quality of the products. Over all we are extremely happy with it.

I bought a length of oak counter to make a table - picked it up from store. Very helpful staff helped me load it into the car. However, when I went to use it and undid the wrapping the wood was damaged in several places - various scratches, gouges.
I took photos and emailed Howdens - asked for a replacement to be delivered. They were brilliant and sent one out at a time to suit me, no questions asked.

We were extremely impressed with the service from the Saffron Walden branch. From conception to fitting this company excelled. Our designer was approachable and available in person and by phone. She was knowledgable re the products and design. A very good company to deal with, excellent value for money ,delivery on time and easy to order extras, would highly recommend this company.

I got my kitchen from Howdens in Saffron Walden! They were brilliant, super pleased with how it all went.

The design phase was especially good, big call out to Holly who was brilliant at accommodating our evolving design and constant changes, didn't make us feel bad about it and was super proficient using the design software. It feels like they make the time to give the customer the time to work out what they need.

The fit didn't go completely plan (not on howdens) but they were generally really helpful and supported us in making amendments to our order. Very thorough depot!

I am so over the moon with my kitchen from Howdens. First of all Andrew designed the kitchen, exactly how I envisaged it, even down the to handles on the door. They give us the name of a few of their fitters and we had 2 of our own come to give us a quote. We chose Sam in the the end from SE Carpentry & Construction. Oh my I am so glad we did. He was not the cheapest quote (we got one very cheap quote-be wary of this) but through our research we knew he would be the best. Well I don’t even know where to start, amazing!!! I never thought I would enjoy having workmen in my house for 3 weeks but what a lovely bunch of guys-hard working, none of the usual excuses that you get, and so talented. My kitchen is gorgeous, I now spend pretty much all of my day in it. I would absolutely recommend Howdens to anyone and I would definitely recommend Sam as a kitchen fitter. What a lovely pleasant experience we had unlike the trauma of when we got our bathroom done. Thank you Andrew and thank you Sam, Johnno, Connor and sorry I have forgotten the name of the excellent plumber! 😮

I has a door to swop as I had ordered the wrong size.
It was swopped with no fuss. The staff really helpful in putting the new door in my car.
Drinks and snacks offered while I waited. A really good experience.

We dealt with holly from the saffron walden branch and our experience has been first class. You should expect a brilliant design, speedy communication and a quality end-product!
