Lee Sullivan goes above and beyond to help customers out. Many of times he’s help me out to complete jobs on time and to the best standard possible. Rotherham canklow depot is by far the best branch to trade at I’ll not go anywhere else for my products.

Recently had a kitchen designed and supplied by the Canklow Rotherham branch of Howdens, at first everything went well the designer listened to the requirement and the design was exactly what we were after. From that point things went rapidly downhill. Firstly measurements and drawings ended up wrong which lead to me having to recall electrician to move sockets, kitchen fitters have to start bespoking elements and me losing cupboards and space that had been planned in. The delivery saw multiple items shipped incorrectly and some damaged.the design showed a white 1.5 bowl sink yet a grey 1 bowl with draining board was sent. I was then asked if I would pay more for the sink to be replaced. Simple answer was no I’m not paying for your mistake. I had requested softclose blum draws as that’s what I had in my original kitchen. These weren’t sent as I was told multiple times they aren’t available in flatpack (I’d requested the kitchen to come flat packed to reduce cost slightly). After multiple debates on wether I could have these ( at now an extra cost even tho I should have had them originally) they were finally sent out and magically they came in boxes of flatpack. Feel like I’ve been continually lied to or given the run around so that they could keep a level of profit in my purchase despite a lot of errors and a distinct lack of regard for the fact that the delays have cost me additional money in re visits by the fitters. If it had not been for the efforts of one guy (Jack) my kitchen would still be awaiting multiple parts and costs would have continued to rise. I am still being told I have to pay extra for the draws which is a joke. The kitchen now completed does look great but the stress and poor service level would mean I’d never use this company again really poor

Ordered online. had a call to say 1 pack short but was coming in next day which it did as i was picking rest up. Very helpful staff. And friendly. Lam flooring went down well. And seems to be tough and hard waring

I highly recommend Howdens, Rotherham. Chloe helped design my kitchen. She was knowledgeable and patient as I kept changing my mind. No pushy sales, it's all at your own pace. One of their display kitchens took my fancy and few weeks down the line it was delivered and fitted by their joiners. All snags were sorted even after a little fridge fitting broke a few months later was fixed for free. Well done everyone!

Purchased a kitchen recently and the designer didn't take into consideration where the Gas meter is and we therefore had to alter the plans resulting in 2 of our cupboards being almost useless ! They admitted to "forgetting " about the Gas meter during planning but have tried putting the blame on the installer ! He was the one who noticed their mistake fortunately. Would definitely not use again ! They don't price anything in their brochure so you like something and then have to compromise the price!

Honest, friendly service, swapped items I incorrectly requested without hesitation or fuss.

Very friendly staff and products are excellent. As a new business owner having a trade account makes it very easy to get the items I need for the job, I find having the book with me is much easier to order than using my Phone to place a order, the website is great but I'm old school so keep the book.

I recently bought my kitchen from Howdens Joinery in Canklow, Rotherham. Sarah Bell, the sales rep, organised me a kitchen survey. I’m absolutely over the moon with the very professional, and very friendly service I received. Nothing was too much trouble. Sarah and the cad designer Billy were always there to help me when I needed them and even when I changed my mind on my worktops last minute they didn’t bat an eyelid! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. I would highly recommend Howdens Joinery, Canklow, Rotherham.

Just want to give a big shout out to Howdens @ Canklow, Rotherham, Sarah Bell their rep, organised our trade account being opened, arranged for one of their kitchen designers who was brill, Neringa to come and visit our home and plan my dream kitchen at a very affordable price, nothing was too much trouble if we needed to swap anything round or add to my order, Sarah even sorted out delivering items after the bulk had arrived, she provided a very professional service and the finished kitchen is beyond stunning, thanks guys would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a kitchen or any home improvement x

Rotherham Canklow Howdens is by far the best depot around here!! It’s a pleasure to visit, staff always happy, can’t do enough for you. A special mention to Bettina, she’s a brilliant manager, always greeted with a smile and bends over backwards for you. I’ve been to many depots down the years but Canklow is head and shoulders above
