Recently bought a kitchen from the Kirkintilloch store. Fantastic service from Evelyn who was not only very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful but also very patient whilst I took time to make my decisions. I am delighted with the kitchen now it’s finished, thanks Evelyn and Howdens Kirkintilloch.

Absolutely fantastic! From walking through the door with a blank canvas to the end result we had impeccable service. Every thing worked really well and a massive Thank You to Evelyn and the team.

Our designer Evelyn at the Kirkintilloch branch was extremely helpful and thorough making the whole process from start to finish very easy and not overwhelming in the slightest. Nothing was too much trouble for Evelyn even though we changed our minds a few times. She kept us updated throughout the whole process and gave good practical advice regarding kitchen layout etc. We are really happy with our kitchen, appliances and flooring. Would not hesitate to recommend Howdens and Evelyn in particular.

Evelyn was friendly and professional when helping me pick my kitchen. I was able to modify the kitchen to suit me and Evelyns input was so helpful in making sure it still looked fabulous! I also wanted to make some last minute colour changes after the fact and she was super accommodating with those! The actual kitchen looks great and is very good quality. I would recommend!

Amazing service from start to finish from Evelyn

Used Howdens since 2007 and never had any problems.
I believe we have spent over £100,000 and not once have we had any service issues, the quality speaks for itself.
As with the different managers over the years, the service given remains the same ,outstanding.

My builder recommended Evelyn at Howdens in Kirkintilloch & she was amazing! I had some ideas for my new kitchen & had brochures from other places but Evelyn was so patient & helpful - she was happy to show me how things would look on the 3D planner screen & I changed my mind several times. She also followed up with emails & calls to make sure everything was going ok. Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a new kitchen

We'd went to 3 other suppliers but decided on Howdens due to positive reviews / opinions that we read/heard. Evelyn and the team were all very helpful throughout the process and we're really happy with the experience and end product.

Tam and Adam at Howdens Kirkintilloch provided service above and beyond yesterday when we dropped into the store.
We had a problem with one kitchen drawer fitted a number of years ago and we were looking to buy a replacement or replacement part.
Tam took time to identify the problem, remove the broken part and provide a new part so we could repair the drawer.
Fantastic service, super friendly and one very happy customer left who will most definitely return when we look to replace the current kitchen.
Thanks also to the lady at the front desk who offered to help us.

Evelyn was great in helping us design and achieve the final output of the kitchen . She helped us create our kitchen with everything we wanted and well within the budget. She also communicated effectively with joiners and guided us to the right one .
