Kitchen design done by Ashley was a masterpiece. The staff in Ardrossan are without exception so helpful and professional. The boys in the warehouse are a credit to a great company. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We recently visited the Ardrossan branch of Howdens with the view to purchase a new Kitchen.

After looking around the showroom we met a friendly young woman who was one of the designer’s Hannah who offered us great advice and was keen to help us make a decision but not in a pushy manner and she gave some very good suggestions on Style, Colours and indeed helped us plan the kitchen.

Hannah visited our home a couple of days later to take measurements and the following week we visited the showroom again and the design of the kitchen was presented on a large screen and we went through it with paper drawings available for perusal.

Any changes we wished to make were taken on board quickly and efficiently.

We have ordered the kitchen and looking forward to it being fitted in the foreseeable future.

Danielle was a lovely young lady who has created a lovely kitchen for us, always on hand to help with any queries we had. We also have a 5* fitter also who has a very good relationship with Danielle and Howdens. Five stars for putting up with us!! We were probably not easiest of customers!!! ;-)

Gemma was very helpful. Choosing my new kitchen in Howdens. Lots to choose from and decide on. Eventually through Gemma's help and advice, I selected my units, handles, sink, tap, worktop, flooring and cooker. Very reasonable 👌

The staff at the Ardrossan branch are always happy to you, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Nothing is too much hassle for them.

Ordered online and kept informed of the order progress by email and text. Great price for the spirit level too compared to the other two usual stores.

After considering various outlets, we settled on Howdens for our new kitchen . Their showroom was well displayed and inspiring, and once we indicated we were interested, we were introduced to our designer, Ashley. She made a home visit and after consulting our architectural drawings, she came up with some initial ideas. Her knowledge and expertise instilled confidence and put us totally at our ease.
We were taken through many possibilities and plans and given very clear indications about what would and wouldn’t work for us. The computer enhanced images were a great asset. Ashley’s knowledge and advice was second to none. Even encountering minor problems (because of space, sizes etc) she quickly produced a solution.
From start to finish our experience with this company was excellent.

Great experience at Howdens Ardrossan with a new kitchen. Staff were welcoming, friendly and polite on my initial visit.
Designer Ashley then took the time to understand what I was looking for which set us on the right path and helped us come quickly to a design. She was then very patient and accomodating whilst I dithered over some of the detail.
During installation the fitter recommended a slight change for the better and Ashley made it all happen. I'm overall delighted with the result.
I'd also mention there was no hard sell or constant follow ups just friendly, professional service.

The folks in the office, the guys loading stuff on pallets, the designers, the person who helped me get a wee coffee, the wonder-women who actually (probably) keep the Ardrossan branch motoring on!
If my incoming kitchen units are as good as these folks, we'll be dancin'! THANK YOU ALL
