Excellent service and delivery
I cannot recommend House of Carpets highly enough. From the very beginning, they were incredibly patient while I took my time choosing the right laminate flooring to replace the whole of my bungalow plus one room. Once I finally made my decision, the work was carried out over six days. I moved out for four of those days, and my dad kindly moved in. The team were wonderfully considerate towards him, which meant a great deal to me. As a wheelchair user, it was especially important that the house remained accessible and livable during the process — and they absolutely delivered on that.
Every evening they left the house clean, tidy, and safe, always going above and beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail is flawless, and the finished result is simply beautiful — I absolutely love it. Everyone I dealt with, from the staff who guided me through my choices to the fitters who completed the installation, was personable, professional, and a genuine pleasure to have around.
