We stayed 4 nights in Cantabria [Nestares)on our way home from Portugal. The receptionists where excellent allowing us to put our motorbike in the garage for security. The room was clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.Its about 1 hours ride to Santander. It's about a 10 minute walk to Carrefour for shopping.

We enjoyed our stay at the Silken hotel in Seville. We had an issue with the lights in our room flickering (even when turned off) so we spoke to reception and it was fixed within half an hour. The room was a good size, really comfortable bed, lovely facilities. I had a meal and because I have allergies they sent out a staff member who understood English a bit better, to make sure they got it right. Overall I was really happy with the stay. We loved our time in Seville.

Virkelig dårlig oplevelse. Ingen atmosfære, upersonligt, stort. For firestjernet hotel er det for dårlige værelser og dem som arbejder her, er meget fokuseret på bare at få folk igennem og ikke gæstens/kundens bedste.

Sono stata con un collega nell'hotel della catena Siljìken a Salamanca per una settimana. All'inizio (cioè la domenica in cui siamo arrivati nessun problema) personale cortese, ambienti gradevoli e puliti, colazione buona e abbondante.
Poi sono iniziati i problemi, anzi i rumori!. Sì perché l'hotel, su 5 piani, ne sta completamente ristrutturando due!!
Alla richiuesta di informazioni alla reception abbiamo avuto risposte varie, a seconda di chi era in turno in quel momento: 1) lavori iniziati già a novembre - 2) lavori di poco conto, solo rifacimento di qualche bagno - 3) lavori che venivano eseguiti soprattutto in una struttura a fianco dell'hotel e che comunque ci era stata data una stanza di qualità superiore per ovviare all'inconveniente!!!
Ovviamente le risposte 2 e 3 seppur date con gentilezza con la proposta di cambiarci di stanza (di fatto realizzata) erano del tutto false: su due ascensori uno era spesso occupato da operai che, svolgendo il loro lavoro, trasportavano di tutto, ingombrando il passaggio dei clienti e disseminando polvere ovunque; il rumore di martellamenti di vario tipo, sia la mattina, sia il pomeriggio, erano veramente fastidiosi e impedivano gli scarsi momenti di riposo non notturno.
Sono convinta che un hotel, soprattutto se fa parte di una catena, se deve eseguire importanti lavori di ristrutturazione su be DUE interi piani (e non semplici aggiustature) dovrebbe chiudere o quantomeno preavvertire i clienti che poi sceglieranno a quale struttura affidarsi per il loro soggiorno.

Mannerless staff in the Valladolid hotel who seem to be disinterested in the guests, certainly us!
Raised concerns with the reception about room but they just shrugged and did not offer an alternative room.
Rooms not worthy of the star rating, broken facilities and hygiene disappointing too.
