This use to be a great service provided by the company. But slowly it has been getting worse and worse. For the past serveral months I've been charged for my service, yet the invoice says unpaid.

There isn't a phone number for them, so you have to use the chat feature, which typically doesn't work. You submit a ticket for billing and they don't even respond.

Have a website hosted through them (Hostable.com) and it's been a terrible experience. My website/account keeps getting deactivated for some unknown reason. When I contact support they are able to turn it back on but can never tell me why my issue keeps happening. And then the next day my website gets deactivated AGAIN. It's been happening for over a month.

They overcharge me and they don't keep records of my payment (seems like a scam to charge more money). I pay for a month service and only get 2 weeks out of that month. I'm outraged because they think they can stop me from complaining by activating my website again but never answer my questions, never follow up, and avoid my questions regarding what the underlying issues and refunds.

Customer service is absolutely terrible! If you use this service you had best hope you never have a problem. No one answers the phone. Calls for support go straight to a voicemail. I have called multiple times and no one has called me back in over a week. I pleaded for a callback. I am a student and I can not access the cPanel to do my lab work. I have submitted 10 tickets and still no response. It is unethical to state you are available to help and support 24-7 and then drive your customers crazy by not being available. This is not a new concept. I am sure anyone reading this has had an experience where support is not really supported by a human helping you solve your problem. It just sounds good when they are selling the package. Find a better service. Hostable is terrible!
