Just completed on a house purchase and managed to negotiate quite a lot off the asking price thanks to Hornes comprehensive survey report. The report is easy to refer to with a lot of example photos that can be used when asking for quotes on work that needs doing. They also went back to inspect the garage at my request as the key given first time round didn’t work. I’m very pleased with their service and feel it was money well spent.

Excellent report and fantastic clear report which allowed me to have a crystal clear way forward with the purchase. Clear report with traffic light system showing the severity of issues. Lots of very good photographs, and the added bonus of aerial photography of the roof and chimney. I engaged David Horne to carry out a RICS Level Three Survey of a 1930s detached property with various alterations and extensions. He was recommended to me by a friend who works in real estate.
