Never received the product. Cant track it either. Horrible company

I ordered from their obviously bogus website a month ago. I’ve tried contacting them with no replies, but they post on instagram. I’m in dispute over it with chime currently. Do not order from these people! I wouldn’t give them 1 star, but I had to.

Although there was a delay in shipment, Hook 360 included a “bonus” with my order as compensation. Well played! Thank you.

I did not receive everything that I ordered. Despite reaching out multiple times by email and text, I received no response. The phone number they provide is not a working number. VERY disappointed.

It has been 2 weeks since my order. I have sent an email requesting information, and never heard a word. Would like the hat or a refund, but I guess I was fooled.

Item never arrived. Website LIES about production shipping time-ordered item because website said it would ship within 24 hours! Hook360 Never responded to my email requesting update. Phone number for customer service is disconnected. THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

I never received my order and have disputed the charges with my credit card company. I reached out twice and never got a response until I advised via their website that I disputed the charges.

I was excited to place my order and support Hook360. Unfortunately, I never received my order (I could not find any tracking info to find out where the breakdown may have been). I have reached out twice to Hook360 via email and have not received a response. I also tried to call but received a message saying the number is no longer in service.

Placed an order on January 4th. It's been two weeks and I have not received my order. I leave on the 22nd and needed those gaiters.

It was horrible!
Was expecting product for Xmas present!
Still waiting!
And when asked about my order no answer!!!

I'm receiving this feedback message before I have received product. I have emailed asking when it will be shipped with no reply. I ordered on Nov 25th, its now Dec 18th and still nothing.
