I’m so glad I found this store. They have the best selection and have excellent service. They ship my orders fast and their packaging is so pretty. I love the reusable bags they put the dresses in. I highly recommend shopping their website.
i placed a $1000+ order and they were extremely unflexible after missing the very short return window by a few days.

You placed your $800 order on February 25th and you wanted to return EVERYTHING more than a month later so yes your return was denied. Especially considering most of the items were a part of the 6 day return policy and you checked the box upon checking out stating you understood the return policy.
We sent you the return label within the first 6 days of you receiving your order but you decided to not ship it back until March 30th. There isn't any other boutique website that will return $800 worth of items over a month after the return policy has lapsed.
Love this store. They have the best service and selection anywhere and I love that they carry up to a size 14. I found some cute gifts there and they shipped everything to my friend in Nevada and she received it in 2 days. I am very happy with my purchases.
I placed an order with HoneyPieKids as they advertised same day shipment.
In addition I selected express shipping to make sure my order would arrive in time.
I placed my order on a Monday and expected it to be shipped that same day and latest on Tuesday.
On Wednesday I contacted them and they still hadn't mailed out my order.
As I needed the package to arrive by a certain time I was worried about timing.
They assured it was being shipped now with UPS and would arrive the next day.
Eventually they shipped with Usps instead of UPS and much later that day.
The package did not arrive in time.
This was very upsetting because I would have never ordered from them had they not advertised same day shipping.
When I contacted them about a refund for the shipping costs since the package arrived much later than expected they were very rude and unfriendly. Due to the unfriendly and dishonest staff I would never buy there again.

I looked up your order and you chose USPS not UPS. You also ordered on August 25 and it was shipped on august 25th and it was delivered on August 27th. As stated on our website, USPS is not guaranteeing next day, express or priority time frames due to covid delays. That is why on our shipping policy it clearly states that if you need an order by a certain date to choose UPS not USPS. You also received the shipment in the time frame that USPS states that USPS express will be delivered. If you were expecting it the next day then you should choose Next Day service.
