Ok you're burgers are better than some but fortunately there are other burgers better in town. Generally the service is awful. The first visit I had paid up including tipped but was still eating and you made me move to a bar stool so that you could seat others. Your chips are awful. Takeaway experience is better because there is less expectation of service. Because the service continues to be lousy. Honestly I have given up with you.

I ordered a takeaway click and collect from the Brighton branch.

My order consisted of the 'Plant Vegan Beyond Meat' burger in a gluten free bun, which comes with fries. They were the second best vegan burger with a gluten free bun i've had.

The packaging seems to be very environmentally friendly; it's all made of card and paper with the exception of the two little sauce pots which were 'compostable' ( sic. ) plastic. I hope they change the pots to something better. I think that it's a good thing that it doesn't come with any cutlery by default, as it isn't really necessary, though perhaps let people add some wooden cutlery to their order in case they need it. I'd also like a ( gluten free ) vinegar option.

The order was fully ready on time, and the customer service was good. I appreciate their responsiveness, they seem to know what they need to know ( about gluten free and vegan ingredients ), and they weren't doing any constant bothering and 'hard sell' nonsense.

For a treat I love to visit the Kings Cross branch when in London - Delicious burgers and good service too!

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Amazing prices and they offer a great student discount. Staff in the Bristol branch are amazing, chatty and helpful and genuinely wanted to ensure we had a good meal.

we really enjoyed their breakfast on our 1st visit but had an average service experience. when we mentioned this to the manager, the response from HQ was fantastic. been back many times since. it's not just about the food or the site ... it's almost always about the service and how they make you feel. well done HB.

Oxford Circus branch is letting the side down. Previously had good experience at Baker Street, but my lunchtime takeaway from here was spoiled by thinking 'I am going to need to complain about this burger...? Yes, I think I am'...! Ordered hamburger without a bun, instead 'wrapped in lettuce'. Open the box, patty sitting baldly on chips, digging around a bit (no cutlery provided) revealed a few scraps of lettuce - whole thing SWIMMING in grease. This is not how you do a burger wrapped in lettuce! Worse than kebab shop and twice the price. Get your act together! Ps. Also they forgot the relish...

The Soho branch is a great place for a quick bite to eat. Lovely atmosphere, juicy burgers and crisp, flavourful fries. We've been several times now and it's yet to disappoint us.

Burgers are cooked medium unless asked otherwise, but this is on the menu and the servers remind you when you take your order. The service is pleasant and cheerful, and I cannot fault the place.

Popped into Cambridge Branch of Honest Burgers for a take away coffee and to use loo for my little lad.

After using facilities went to pay for Coffee and chap serving said No Charge...wow talk about shocked,ok so its all of £2 but that kind gesture really took me by surprise and is the reason for this review.

100% be visiting Honest Burgers with my wife and Twins on the next visit to Cambridge.

If the very cheerful gentleman with the beard reads this...you sir are a credit to the company,a small gesture of kindness has left me many hours later with a smile.

Great burgers and chips for under £10 quid, I've only been to the Soho chain and the Oxford Street Chain as of yet

My family and I do not live in London and stumbled upon the South Kensington branch having just visited a museum. The burger was fantastic and the rosemary salt chips were great. Some of the best service I have experienced anywhere. I will definitely be visiting again when we are next around.

Tasty burgers good service. One of the best burger places in London
