This company phones to ask every year if I want to add my fridge freezer to my washing machine insurance. Every year I say no and every year I see they are charging me monthly. I am just tired of writing and will stop my washing machine insurance despite it's having several more months to run.

My parents paid a large deposit then couldn't get hold of the company!My parents are very vulnerable and they preyed on this.Work completed after months waiting and emailing every day.No 15 year quarantee and looked today and they have gone into liquidation!from other reviews this company has ripped off the elderly and vulnerable!I hope they manage 2 sleep at night

Thomas the salesman was great , halved my current cost for the same cover.

Shannon was extremely helpful on the phone and was very friendly and polite. Thankfully i havent needed to call them out to repair or replace any appliances but its great to know they have my back if anything breaks down. Bar anything going wrong with the call out and repair process its a 5 star from me.

Avoid - Poor workmanship and NO Accountability!

Homeshield carried out rendering works to my Aunt & Uncle's bungalow back in March 2024 at a cost of over £14,000.00 and within months the finish has since developed multiple 'Bubbling and Defective' patches, all of which are both unsightly and concerning.

We first raised the issue in November 2024, and while the company acknowledged the problem, they are now refusing to return claiming that they do not have the financial resources to afford to return and carry out the repairs.

Despite further written communication and a clear deadline given in April 2025, they now do not respond or make any effort to resolve the matter.

This company clearly does not stand by its work and shows no interest in aftercare or customer satisfaction.

We are now pursuing legal action to put things right.

We have also informed TrustMark of who they are registered with. (REG. No. 1061) and await a response.

I would strongly urge others to 'Avoid this company at all Costs'.

The company will not return, you have been warned look up this company on Companies House, very close to being struck off but make your own decision..

Horrendous! My 82 year old father in law was ripped off! After 6 months the wall began blistering and falling off, they patched up some of the work but the job was never fully completed yet they received the full payment. He has tried contacting them for well over a year with no joy. Do not use this company!!

Our coating was applied in 2019 with a 15 year guarantee. After a fraction of that guarantee period, the coating has blistered and is chipping off, and the walls are green with algae - far worse, in our view, than before we had this coating applied.

The company's terms state that in the event of chipping, flaking and peeling, they will send a technical advisor to carry out an inspection with a view to remedying the defects. Almost 2 months after reporting the defects, they have refused to do so.

The coating was sold to us, in part, as a solution to algae growth which was evident on some aspects of our property. This coating was described to us as being "self cleaning" and contain "powerful fungicides" to "inhibit mould/algae growth". In our experience, the growth is far worse now than before the coating was applied, and so the product, or its application, appears to us to be not fit for the purpose for which it was sold to us.

In relation to the algae, the company's terms seek to avoid liability for staining caused but state that if these problems occur they will, on request by the customer, "send a technical advisor to assess the situation and advise on a possible remedial solution". Almost 2 months after requesting a technical advisor to attend, they have refused to do so.

We have found the product unfit for the purpose for which it was sold to us and in our experience, the company has failed to meet its contractual obligations.

Hard working team nothing was a problem for the team ,very polite and good at cleaning up behind them.Vlad and team were very professional at all times

Great aftercare service on double glazed windows.
Had problems 3years after initial installation and the aftercare team sorted the problem quickly and efficiently with no quibbling.
Lyndsay was especially helpful and Brian was cheerful and professional.

Used this organisation for full paint and render of my mid terrace cottage. Full guarantee for a works, accreditations galore! After one year, areas of render cracking literally falling of the wall. One year ago I contacted this company for full repair as per their guarantee, after viewing images was told... this has nothing to do with our work, it's down to water damage!! However as a gesture of goodwill we will repair! So began the most horrendous service I have ever
encountered, delay upon delay constant excuses the weather, don't have enough staff. Although I note they were still up for taking new orders!! Behaviours of staff and so called DIrector totally appalling rude, flippant, with tangible passive aggressive attitudes throughout all communication. After numerous months of cancellations and personal stress they now inform me it will be a further 6 MONTH wait. Once again speaking with staff member, was met with an arrogance, the excuse now as we are doing this as a gesture the inference being be prepared to wait until it's convenient for us to act. Worse company I have ever dealt with,beyond shameful, it goes to show accreditations mean absolutely nothing!
