We are unfortunately limited by our courier to what we can ship, this includes weight restrictions & certain product dimensions also.

The customer service team have been very helpful, on the phone and email.
I was a little disappointed that when I placed the order it said it was in stock but in fact it was out of stock, I'm guessing that it is difficult when there is possibly a lot of customers placing orders at the sametime.

Efficient replacement of faulty item.
Initial product received (Flymo 650E strimmer) was faulty. Pickup of faulty item was arranged and a replacement product was sent out, all within one week of initial order.
Staff that I spoke to on the phone were very polite and understanding.
