There was some confusion about how and when I was getting my order, but eventually it did arrive only by two couriers on different dates. And the email notifications were confusing.
You had my contact number so a call would have been much easier.
Complete fraud of a company
Complete fraud of a company. Should be shut down. Ordered a tin of fence paint and it arrived opened with paint all over the packaging, probably because it had been opened, half used and taped back up with brown tape! How is this ok? Arranged a return and 3 weeks later, still no refund despite tracking showing it has been received back. Complained and all they did was provide tracking to say I received it! Disgusting service avoid at all costs!

If i could rate this company lower i would. Worst experience ive ever had. Brought a bed from them. It arrived broken, without instructions or fixtures to build it. I asked for it to be returned and for a refund and they sent me a replacement part i did not want. Ive since had two failed collections of this broken bed that I brought several weeks ago. Ive had to wait in for 12 hours each time. Despite the 'efforts' made by the company to ensure collection theyve failed again. With limited communication and understanding of how poor this situation is for me as the customer. Theyve lied and told me there was not another company to use for the collection and now suddenly there is a more reliable service to use. It feels that they would rather i manage their waste disposal than them. When I said I didn't want the replacement part I was told to dispose of it. This is shocking, so much waste. Poor customer service and beyond poor quality. Please avoid at all costs!

Refuse to issue a refund for a failed delivery
Orderd an item on a third-party platform for delivery by 27th of May. The courier rescheduled three times and eventually failed to deliver. Contacted Home Discount and requested a refund. The customer service insisted that I open a return case, possibly because they didn't want the sale to be marked as a failed delivery. I refused. The seller failed to deliver and the customer is due a refund. It is the seller that has to make things right, not the customer. At the end of the day, it is them who chose this courier.

Ordered a garden sofa from Home Discount…
Ordered a garden sofa from Home Discount through the Range and they delivered the incorrect item. They gave me a refund but not for the full amount and have since ignored my emails for the remaining amount. They have commented they do not sell garden sofas on The Range, however, I do have proof of said purchase and emails from them directly. Order number: 36066629 on 10 May 2026

I am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service I have received regarding my console table order.
When my parcel was marked as out for delivery, I was home all day, yet EVRI did not attempt delivery and instead returned the parcel to the sender. I contacted EVRI twice but received no help.
I then contacted your customer service team and was told by one colleague that I could choose between a refund or a replacement. I clearly stated that I wanted a replacement sent out. However, another colleague later informed me that a refund was being processed instead, despite my request.
I called again to explain the situation but left the conversation feeling frustrated and disappointed, as nobody seemed willing to correct the mistake or help further.
This situation was not my fault. EVRI failed to deliver my parcel, and your colleague then processed the wrong outcome after I had clearly requested a replacement.
All I wanted was the console table I originally ordered, not a refund. I would appreciate this matter being properly reviewed and for a fair resolution to be offered.

Hi,Firstly I was supposed to have my order by Wednesday and had left instructions with courier for items to be left in garage but 1 item was left outside my front door I am still waiting on the rest being delivered and this is now Saturday. I don't mean to be rude but I think courier company should be changed to avoid instructions not being carried out and to avoid damage to boxes as well I have not yet checked to see if their is any damage done to the furniture that is Inside the box

Very poor service. I've rang left messages explaining my situation, sent lots of emails with details and photos. Still waiting for the plan on next steps.
Frustrating!! And stressful because I now have 2 large packages of damaged goods stuck in my hallway and no info as to how it will be resolved.

Furniture is ok
Furniture is ok . Some instructions incorrect. Delivery by one company was fine . Dx delivery sent clear information and delivered to front door and brought inside for me as heavy. DHL delivered other furniture and it was an absolute balls up ! Information sent wrong , then delayed then said hadn’t received it! Then contacted home discount and told because of bank holiday?! I ordered after the bank holidays! DHL sent email today at 10.38 saying delivery today between 18.00 and 19.00 . I just came home and the package which is a table had been Dropped over my back garden gate . Not even attempting to contact me or come to front door which is what you’d expect! Email came later saying delivered. At 12.55 !
I’m disabled and have had to drag the heavy box up my back garden path and wiggle it in the back door without unbalancing myself in the mean time! Absolutely terrible service!
Change your delivery from DHL ! Letting your company down drastically.

Second time ordering from this company
Second time ordering from this company. First time the item never showed up but gave them the benefit of a doubt seeing as they 'had no idea what has happened' and they refunded me.
This time I ordered two items separately. One showed up damaged and the others still to be heard of! I've messaged loads of times with no reply. Please get in contact with me to resolve this issue as it is unacceptable!

Chelsea Radiator Cover - White, Large
Ordered this product last week. Delivery was standard and all pieces were included. After assembly it looked very cheap and not really fitting together tightly enough. Photos of the product are very misleading as it shows the top part of the radiator as one piece of mdf this is not the case it is split into 2 halves. I wouldn’t recommend worth paying more money to get a better quality.
