Homebase - Staines Bewertungen 

I paid for my order, but on arrival at the store my item was the last in stock and had been reduced due to damage. The store refused to allow me to take this item and insisted that I had to pay for it in store and wait for a refund for my click and collect order. The manager was very unhelpful and walked away leaving the lady on the checkout to deal with my complaint

Just went to the Staines store for my click & collect order. I’d forgotten to apply a discount code online so duplicated my order. I was served by Mel who was amazing at untangling it all to ensure I had the right products at the price including the discount. She was so helpful and friendly! Thank you!

I bought it over the app, and it's very disappointing that they didn't give a receipt with the delivery and when I asked for it at the till I was told that there isn't one when I do click and collect

Mel called me to tell me the goods I had ordered were damaged, this saved me from collecting and finding this out, she then processed the refund etc too care of my following order in a professional and very caring manner. She was lovely to work with. Thank you Mel (I’m pleased I got to meet you today)

Homebase in Staines is very lucky to have such an empathetic Kitchen and Bathroom Expert in Natasha. From first contact to final completion, including communication from abroad, Tash could not have done anything more. Her aim was to ensure I bought the kitchen I would love and her experience and advice is unmeasurable. Well done Tash, you are such an asset to Homebase.

Ordered some Kiln Dried Sand and Sharp Sand from Staines via click and collect and website stated 117 bags in stock of Kiln Dried Sand.

Was in the general area and received a phone message which was unintelligible, so proceeded to the store only to be told that there was NO Kiln Dried Sand in stock!!

Very Annoyed!

What's is the point of having an online 'Click and Collect' service if your website shows stock levels of 117 when in fact you have 0?

Not good guys, must try harder!

Delivered my order the day after they were supposed to. No indication that it would be delivered that day. No updates. Item was damaged. Had to use it as had someone booked in to assemble it.

Click & collect very easy, items put on trolley ready and waiting. Very helpful young lass at desk.

Ordered the most lovely duck egg blue paint from Homebase. Looks great on the walls. Ordered too much and they took it back without any fuss!
