I visited Homebase Penge, fantastic staff and very helpful. The staffs are extremely knowledgeable about products.
I am always very satisfied shopping at Penge Homebase.

*Update to my previous review:
After my poor experience at the Streatham store I was contacted by Molly from customer service who was apologetic and promptly arranged for me to return the damaged items for replacement at another store.
At the Penge store I was met with very helpful staff and store manager who went out of their way to resolve my issues and they have restored my faith in Homebase. I will return to the Penge store for future purchases. Thank you Kumar, Collette and Josh - your customer service is exemplary. And many thanks to Molly from customer service.

Ordered online, collected when I got the notification. Lovely item. Great service when collecting.

I've just made a purchase of different paints from the Penge store. The assistant on the paint counter (Betty) was extremely helpful and patient with me as I had some techical questions to be answered. She also drew my attention to the buy one get second half price which I had missed as she worked out the best deal. After mixing some paint she carried the products (20+ litres of paint) to the counter for me. Further, one of the female assistants behind the counter then carried the paint to my vehicle in the car park! Amazing service.

I was served immediately and professionally, my goods were delivered promptly.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Betty in the paint department. She was so kind, patient, helpful and highly professional. Her knowledge of the different properties of paint and how to get exactly the right colour is amazing and she made my shopping trip an absolute pleasure.

How lovely it was to come to penge store today lovely beautiful flowers in the garden lovely friendly staff always helping me thankyou penge il be back for more flowers next week 😊

Home base penge is a great place to go for all your shopping needs. the manager is wonderful and the staff are friendly, helpful, always very welcoming. they have easy access to the store and a range of products. and my favourite plants in that store.try Homebase penge if you are looking for something for your home or garden.

Easy website to use to order and items were there to collect from friendly staff

No help from staff at all. I asked where I could find an item and was just waved toward a corner of the shop.
Needless to say I didn't buy anything.

I truly love the top notch friendly and very professional customer service me and my wife receive whenever we visit as this store is my local.Specially on our last visit we were served with great help & expertise from (Junaed) who brought couple of chairs down from top and even guided to place on the trolley.
We ended up paying over £300 for the entire shopping and it’s well worthy.

Friendly welcome at the click and collect counter , item was brought over immediately.
However I did not receive a text or email informing me item was ready to collect.
Apart from that 5 star service.

I had to go in and find my order
Myself. They didnt even bother to look, or to even come help me the girl who was supposed to find my order just stood at the counter watching. They tried to say my order was out of stock even thought there was 15 rolls available online and a whole box in the store it was because they couldn't be bothered to go look
