My experience was great as I was served by Sam. She was terrific, understanding what I needed and giving me the best advice in a pleasant manner. Sam even told me about an offer that was not stated on the shelves so allowing me to take advantage of the discount offered, otherwise I would've been unaware. Thanks Sam...you're a star and a credit to Homebase (Store no. 000085).

On my visit to Homebase Oldbury today I found the store to be very clean, well layed out and well signed.
I came to buy plants for my garden,there was a good choice and reasonably priced ,I purchased some plants and was served at the till by a lady named Theresa,she was pleasant helpful and very polite.

Suzie from the kitchens department was amazing! She helped us with designing our kitchen and managed to get us exactly what we wanted for our new home!

Ease of order and payment order ready to collect in less than a hour cashier verry helpful and pleasant and did not have to wait ages as order was waiting
