Homebase - Newcastle Under Lyme Bewertungen 

I recently purchased a rotary mower from the store. When assembling it there was a washer missing. I phoned the store and spoke to store general manager Ian. He gave excellent service and said he would find a washer for me which he did and he posted it to me, which saved me the hasstle of bringing the mower back to the store.

Good customer service and speedy delivery.

Unfortunately I didn’t ask for a name however the Lady who helped me with my collection at the Newcastle-under-Lyme store was amazing, very kind and quick and managed to make me chuckle while I was having a hard day. Overall a 10/10 service !

I forget my order number however I went in at around 7pm on Monday to collect a portable Jet washer :)

The lady on the collection desk was an absolute star. I am disabled and would not have been able to carry the item to my car. Rather than letting me struggle with the heavy box, she carried it to my car and put it into the boot on my behalf. Excellent customer service.
