Homebase - Frome Bewertungen 

Whenever I go to Homebase Frome I have the same experience. It is a gigantic store which would be fine but they appear to have cut down on staff drastically. They don’t seem to have the time to help a customer find something or help with some detail. I will not be going there again. It didn’t used to be like this and it is a deliberate decision by the management. I very rarely write a review!

So easy to do and the lady in Frome was really helpful, will definitely use again

After getting a new Intergrated fridge/freezer fitted, we needed some new doors as we had been advised incorrectly by a previous company on sizes etc. I can’t tell you how helpful Kayleigh and Neil were! They gave us advice, were in no way pushy and got our doors ordered quickly for us. We arrived without even having the correct measurements (how embarrassing) and they helped us to ensure we got the right fit. When the time comes we need a whole new kitchen, we’ll be coming to them. Thank you!

Flawless click and collect process. The staff were very helpful and polite and were very willing to push the goods to the car for me. Great service, I would recommend Homebase for a click and collect purchase.

Click and collect not very fast

A number of my items that I ordered was not available. I was told that someone had tried to ring me to tell me but there was no missed calls on my phone. However since I returned home, my out of stock items are still showing as being in stock. Not sure what is going on

Customer service/check out staff, ALL very poor & quite rude as left to wait unnecessarily while being ignored. perhaps some customer care training may be required !

Excellent and courteous

Peter at the Frome store was extremely helpful. We were buying paint, and he gave good advice. He even went the extra mile after mixing paint for us and put the ready mixed paint on the shaking machine to save us having to stir it in the morning.
