I was overwhelmed by this young man…
I was overwhelmed by this young man Pete from Coventry Homebase ,who took time to help us out with Xmas decorations for our neighbourhood.
He was polite and well mannered offering full service right up to our exiting of the y shop.

Went to homebase at the Gallagher retail park for a Christmas tree and stand, was helped by a young lad called Pete, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, polite, and assisted us throughout.

Literally saved Santa’s day🎄
It was seamless, which I love❣️ Santas grotto looked fantastic with a rustic fireplace, until the red bulb broke. As it was important to get the grotto right for the children the next morning, ordering online wasn’t an option. As the bulb was a red one with a bayonet base, they can be a nuisance to find, however my local Homebase had a couple in stock, so early next morning I was able to do a click & collect by 10am, in time for Santas grotto opening at 12:00❣️I was in & out within 5 minutes.
So thank you Homebase at Gallagher retail in Coventry for absolutely saving the day.
🎅 Santa will surely remember you all❣️🎄
