First visit to Cannock store as I’m out of town. Very helpful lady on the telephone checked stock for me, so traveling was worth it. Got there and She (Julie) had put my items to one side. So grateful for her help. Still service with a wonderful smile and optimistic outlook I wish you well

I went in today and was so disappointed to see all of the signs saying it was closing. This has been my favourite store for many years as the staff are always so cheery and helpful. Julie at the checkouts always has a lovely smile and a bit of banter and is so knowledgeable. I’m sure any employer would be happy to have her as a member of their staff. I wish all of the staff there good luck for their futures.

Lovely customer service

Brought a christmas tree online on the Sunday and had text next morning after 10am ready to collect , very prompt went to check out there it was waiting great service.

I went in to the Homebase store in cannock - a lady called I think Holly (on my receipt) but not sure - she helped me as I had made a mistake on my online order - she got someone else over and really made me feel comfortable and not awkward - this is such good service to me as not great at IT - a young lad called Taylor also was very helpful a really good experience - just hope I have ladies name correct - also I think maybe her line manager deserves a mention as well between them nothing was too much trouble thank you

Once again a five star customer experience at Cannock HOMEBASE, having purchased a number of items via Zoe (who was as warm and welcoming as ever) I had to return one of the items a couple of days later as it was faulty.
I was warmly welcomed by YAS and JASON.
Jason went on to deal with the issue, he was understanding, caring and very professional at no time making me feel uncomfortable with regard to returning the item.
I have visited this branch for over thirty years and have always had a good customer experience and in my view the current team are a:

Julie was very helpful. I had called the Cannock store earlier in the day to enquire whether the same batch of tiles I already had, was still available in store. I needed a few extra boxes of tiles to complete a project. Julie kindly advised I come to the store and have a look. She then helped me find the correct batch of tiles and assisted with carrying them to the till. This was excellent and much appreciated customer service. Thank you.

Went to Orbital branch and needed assistance as couldn't find what l needed. Both Holly and Zoe went out of their way to check stock and go to stockroom to get item. They were both very friendly and helpful. Thank you both
