Bad experience.
Purchasing a property built up by Home Life Immobilien AG, for us, by KEE Properties AG (formerly MF Property AG) has been a deeply frustrating and stressful experience for our family. We finally moved in June 2025, but only after 2 completely unannounced handover delays that forced us to live in a hotel for two weeks the 2 time.
10 Months later, we are still dealing with a large list of unresolved construction defects and poor project management. To state just a few short, factual issues we are facing:
- 2x Legal legal complaints filled at the court of Dietikon and Zurich: (1) The local municipality recently issued a formal threat of forced execution because the developer ignored official orders to repair some mandatory aspects (not resolved). (2) We also faced unnecessary legal stress involving an unpaid subcontractor (resolved now).
- 2x Water infiltration: our entire ground floor and walls are facing water infiltration of water since 10 months now (not resolved), we faced 1x roof leak (now solved).
- Contractual Breaches: The incorrect ground-floor windows were installed (not RC2), and the exterior concrete walls do not respect the standards explicitly outlined in our contract.
- Unfinished Work examples to date: multiple holes in the exterior facade remain completely exposed to the rain after more than 10 months, ground tiles are unfinished in one bathroom, technical ventilator not fixed, rain return board not attached, garden was handed full of stones and over without any planted grass (we had to do it ourselves).
