Dear Chloe,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointment with the recent purchase from Hollywood Mirrors.

Our goal is to ensure every customer receives the high-quality products and service we're known for, and it seems we've missed the mark in your experience.

Regarding the concerns raised about the compatibility of our light bulbs with a mirror not purchased from our range, we strive to provide clear information on our product pages to help customers make informed decisions. As mentioned, our dimmable LED light bulbs are designed specifically for compatibility with mirrors sold by Hollywood Mirrors, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee their functionality with products from other manufacturers. This policy is in place to prevent the very kind of frustration and inconvenience you've encountered.

We also understand your concerns regarding the packaging and the quantity of bulbs received. While our process includes thorough checks to ensure accurate and secure delivery, we acknowledge your report of receiving the package in less than satisfactory condition.

We take such feedback seriously as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our service.

Although there appears to be a misunderstanding regarding the compatibility of our products with your item, we are still here to support you within our policy framework.

While we may not be able to fulfill a return or exchange in this specific circumstance, we're keen on offering guidance or recommendations for finding suitable solutions for your needs.

Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you have any further questions or if there's any other way we can assist you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our position.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to serve you better in the future.

Warm regards, Adam

Dear Rebecca,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with your Crystal Pro Mirror. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn’t meet your expectations, especially after a significant period of use.

Regarding the issue you’ve encountered, we take such matters seriously. While it is indeed rare, we acknowledge that unusual instances can occur.
Glass is a non-permeable material, and the adhesive used in our mirrors is designed to be durable and long-lasting.

The appearance of smears on the mirror over time is typically due to external factors, such as reactions with certain cleaning agents, beauty products, or exposure to extreme heat, rather than the adhesive itself.

We would like to clarify that our 5-year warranty primarily covers electrical components, as these are the parts most susceptible to faults over time.

This is outlined in our warranty terms and conditions. However, we understand how important customer satisfaction is and would like to offer our assistance.

Although the issue you’re experiencing falls outside our warranty scope, we’re committed to finding a satisfactory resolution.

We offered a significant discount on a replacement mirror as a goodwill gesture. We value our customers and their experiences with our products, and we strive to provide quality service and support. If there's anything more we can do to assist you, or if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring you have a positive experience with Hollywood Mirrors.

Warm regards, Adam Watson
