I've been asked about 5 times to do a trust pilot review. I've already done one and I'm not doing another, this is ridiculous

Quick well packed delivery
Quick well packed delivery, the Hydronicacid i recieved is nice and thick it's my second order of this and still impressed with it.

No information on % of active ingredient
The products were delivered fast. Appears to be good quality. No information as to the % of the active ingredient (retinol). No response to my enquiry on this since 18 October. Not happy about using products where the strength of active ingredient unknown/not stated. Potential health risks.
