We went on a trip to meghalaya . The experience was surreal. The holidaycrowd team managed all changes in plan due to rains without hassle and ensured we had a pleasant trip.

We travelled to Sikkim booked via Holidays crowd.
Visited Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling. Earlier plan was Gangtok - Lachung - Gangtok - Darjeeling. It was very heartwarming experience in Natu la pass.
Tsomgo lake view was very beautiful surrounded by mountains. It was a really breath taking experience in travelling itself rather destinations we reach. Well-coordinated and guided by Ms. Neha throughout the journey. She responded for all queries immediately and promptly. Hotel experience was good in Amor Gangtok, Very Good in Pelling ( Magpie pachhu village resort ) and Darjeeling wonder wood hotel experience was not at all good. In wonder wood hotel no proper breakfast and was delayed by 30 mins. Better to avoid this hotel to stay.

The communication should have been more better. We booked for Holidayscrowd and initially it was a nice experience. But a little messed up during our cherapunji trip. Though NEHA gave an alternative options which we opted for but the other side the sales guy was rude and his behaviour was not that good. Not at all appreciated. Am writing and changing my reviews based on the experience what we are getting from NEHA'S END. But once the trip will be over, I'LL GIVE MY FINAL COMMENT ON THIS. As of now one thing , please try to understand other people's situation and that is both side based on what they are going through.
Even if I book for my next trip, I'll prefer to talk to Neha, rather than any sales person from Holidayscrowd. But overall, as of now the experience is OKAYISH!!

I had a bad experience in Vietnam with this tour company. They don't listen to customer's complaint once they get paid off. I my tour i complain about the service they don't even bother to reply at that time and after words started arguing on that. Even I was asked to pay extra amount at the time of check out. Worst experience. i won't recommend anyone to take service from holiday crowd.

Unfortunately, there is no option to give negetiv (*), else would have given a hundred negative starts.

This is the second time I had the worst experience with them! I gave them a second chance but a huge disappointment was a reward!

For my recent trip to Himachal:
1. They arranged a third class taxi which finally broke down in Hills!

2. Check-out in of the hotels was not allowed as these guys didn’t make payment to the Hotel!

3. Despite the initial warning on bad taxi, they did nothing!

4. It’s a waste of money, if you go with them!

We had the pleasure of interacting with the owner of Holidays Crowd, and their personalized assistance made our trip exceptional. Their helpfulness was outstanding.

Through Holidays crowd I went for Bali trip from 15 May 2023 to 22 May 2023. I thankful to Mr Rahul, Neha & Bhubika for this wonder trip. Only suggestion is to improve communication with customer. DMC of Bali Mr Yandi also is very co-operative. you may book your trip through Holidays Crosd .. Bibhutosh

Don't go anyone holiday crowd byd experience in my life

We just completed our trip from holidays crowd in May 2022 and we are not at all happy with their false promises and experience ....
I want to expose this people who just give promises and commitments and least bothered about the zeal and enthusiasm of a family booking a trip with them....
We a family of 3 have booked sikkim trip through holidays crowd (land package only).our trip started with worse 2 days of pelling where we were given derogatory rooms in the basement (one should never call this room also)which with lot of fighting they gave another room which was atleast better then the first. The staff was very rude to speak and they told that pooja has booked this sub standard room for us...(Retreat crassula Ovata)...just think of our 1st 2 days of 10 day trip going bad,that we never knew how our whole trip will be....
Then we clearly stated to give us INNOVA ,which they didn't and gave us Xylo which was uncomfortable as there was no handrest and seat belt in back seats...it just made the travelling tiring and tedious because of bad road conditions of sikkim...
Then we have paid 13500 rs extra for Nathula pass visit as they said it was peak season and we had to pay extra if we want to visit...still we were not able to enter the Nathula pass as we had no proper permits, they just braged us till the entry point and because (Manzil who took care of permit things)he didn't get the proper permits we instead of paying extra money didn't got to see the famous Nathula pass....
Instead of solving our problems in Pelling they kept demanding their last installment of 20k ...
The good things about the trip was our driver RATAN who was friendly and did his work properly......
We had good time at Gangtok and Lachung hotels which were great...

Never book with this company. They are real frauds.
They provide false promises in the quotation and book Oyo and bad hotels later.
The staff (Neha) and the entire team is really unprofessional and irresponsible.
They get the money and never responds to our calls or msgs later.

After juggling with them for 3 weeks and they had not even booked a single hotels for the trip.

Finally, they had left us no other choice than cancelling the trip and we lost 60k on our flights.

After such unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour, when we asked for refund, they are not even providing that.

Worst travel company we have booked till today. They don't even understand the travellers situation and response you recieve during booking is different from what you receive when you go for cancellation.
I would not recommend anyone taking trip with this travel agency. I don't want to even give 1 rating to this travel agency. Since this is the least rating I could give I am giving 1.
We had a death in family and could not go for the trip booked. We have asked them to post pone the trip as we cannot travel with current situation and they refused to do so. When asked for refund we were not even given single penny back though hotel booked has refunded the amount which was confirmed from hotel via Email. If you are booking for a trip you have to ensure hook or crook to go for trip irrespective of family situation

Great experience with Holidays Crowd was superb.
The representative was good and was helpful in finding the best possible tour to Mauritius by holidays crowd.
The property given to services and package given to me was excellent . In terms of the hotel and things mentioned in my package done from Holidays Crowd was all done as it was mentioned and all up too the mark.i must say I was looking for my tour to Mauritius from other agency also but the best rate was given to me from Holidays Crowd so I booked with them only.
In future I would love to book again with travel triangle & will give reference to others as well.

Holidays Crowd is an amazing company. we had the best time. our guide was very friendly and was right on time picking us up from our hotel. he took us to so many amazing places that we didn't even know existed, was very patient and gave us plenty of time to explore each site. we also went to the waterfalls, spice farm, and got to see the elephants. we had a great experience with this company and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone
