DO NOT USE THS COMPANY
We have just returned from a holiday in one of this Company's villa's and it was not fit to be rented out. The website reviews for this property must be fake as there is no way anyone would settle for the problems we experienced.
Had we arrived at a time when the host could meet us we would have flatly refused to stay one night in this property.
We were given the keysafe number as our arrival time was approx 1.00 am and had to fight our way through an overgrown forest of a garden with broken/missing paving slabs in order to find the front door, by mobile phone torch light as no lights had been left on. There was an old jacuzzi and shower in the "garden" which were both filthy and full of debris. Discarded tools, equipment and an old shower had been left near the pool, NO DISHWASHER OR WATER DISPENSER despite these being listed on the original description (this has now been changed) Light switches and electric sockets were hanging off the walls and most of electric sockets didn't work. The kettle lid would not shut and had to be weighted down with a plate and part of kitchen unit was missing. One of the showers did not work properly, one of the sinks tap could not be controlled as it was too close to the wall. For 3 days we had water leaked through bathroom ceiling around the light fitting so we had nowhere to shower in the evenings. The WIFI was insecure which is great for hackers and the pool was rather grubby. We had to spend 6 nights in this accommodation before they moved us to a new Villa and they indicated that this was sufficient compensation - we do not agree.
