Website and faulty product
Website constantly kicks you off trying to look or buy anything and my record came and skips so is faulty with no access to customer service

Very prompt.
The dvd I ordered came very quick and being kept informed all the time and most of all the staff in the worthing branch are very helpful, especially a man with long curly hair and glasses always very helpful thanks.
