Ordered CD version of new album
Ordered CD version of new album. Received LP version with a CD barcode on it. 2 weeks later CD version still not been received.

Friendly and efficient
The staff were both friendly and helpful. I ordered a pair of earbuds from the store as they were not in stock. When I received them, the charger didn’t work so took them back to the store. They were exchanged for another pair of the same brand without any hassle.
The store itself is well stocked, kept very tidy and well organised.
